"The house is in a beautiful village with an excellent pub within sight of it. It has a large enclosed garden which is great for dogs. We would have liked hot water in the downstairs loo but it was clean. Probably not ideal for our elderly mum but that isn't the owner's fault. The description did say there was a shower oiver the bath, which wasn't easy for her, snd that access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom."

"Everything went smoothly from start to finish, all down to clear and timely communication from Jacqui, Steve and the team at Rye & Beyond Cottages. We are a couple and a dog so the set-up worked perfectly, but we understand some of the thoughts around having to go through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. The garden is completely enclosed, and this was exactly what we needed for our little pooch. And Pett is great. 2 great pubs and a butchers within walking distnace, loads of walks...
