"Nice Grill with propane was provided, garage was a plus with a rainstorm just behind us as we coming back from mountain ride, parking a little shallow for trailers but again..garage so no problem. Firewood also was provided and the area for fire was nice and private. Could have done without the street light over that area, but still very cool. "We had a great time. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Location is perfect because it’s close to everything. Neighbors were very nice! Host was super nice and very accommodating. "My husband and I chose this VRBO because of its location in the heart of Hatfield and McCoy trails and because they allowed our dog to stay there as well. Given the home has 6 beds, it was a bit large for us since we only had 2 persons and dog. LOL! "I reserved this place for employees we had working in the area. This place was perfect for their needs. They each had their own bedroom and bathroom, add in the comforts of home and it was the perfect place for them to relax after a long days work. Everything was clean, check in was easy, wifi worked great. The host is excellent! We communicated back and forth several times. She is exceptionally responsive and informative."

"My family stayed at this creekside retreat to ride on the Hatfield and Mccoy trails and it was great. We were unsure about the area and what was going to happen when we arrived but everything was great and we had the best time. I will say that the owners were helpful in recommendations and if we ever go back to the Delbarton area we will seek out this house."

"This rental had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was ample parking for 3 trucks with trailers and side by sides. The house was clean and beds were comfy after a long day on the trails. Homeowner was very friendly and responsive. We ran out of propane while cooking on the grill and he was there with a replacement for us promptly and stayed to have a nice chat with us. We would stay again! "
