Third times the charm

Cozy older home. Charming

Cozy home. Comfy beds. Not the best for people with mobility issues. We had friends visit who had a diffucilt time getting into the house. Steep steps no railing from sidewalk to walk way to porch steps. These are very steep as well as inside stairs. great house for good mobile people.

Great house for a family

The house was comfortable and perfectly located near the William Penn Inn. It was missing the futon so it sleeps 7 versus 8 but we had no problems. I would rent this one again. Excellent communication with the manager. Thank you for a great stay!

Great house and great neighborhood!

Great house, very cute! Our labs enjoyed the back yard, great neighborhood to walk the dogs, and walkable to great restaurants like Alices, and even a brewery!

Girls Night

I had booked this stay for a girls night and the place looked nice but was not clean & had old spices , coffee & tea that were not consumable also you can tell bedding wasn’t clean or used in a while it was very dusty other than that it was a nice stay.

We came back and will continue to do so!

This was our second stay with this property. The place was very clean and ready for us from the first moment. Katelyn checked in with me before we got there and made sure we had enough towels for our family of 5. During the second day there, there was a problem with the AC. I contacted Katelyn at 8:30pm and she responded quickly back, sent over the maintenance guy who determined what the problem was. Although the problem could not be fixed, he helped set up the portable unit for the attic before he left. Katelyn was in communication with us throughout the week and was good to remind us of the check out duties. Everything worked out well overall. Our 3 kids (ages 15, 13 and 11) love this house. We plan to stay again the next time we need to stay in the area. Thank you Katelyn!

Perfect girls getaway

The house was so clean and very cozy. All the beds were comfy and warm. We walked to breakfast at Everthing Bagel, had dinner at Tex Mex and spent a day at Saltability spa. Very relaxing weekend!

Great house

I live in Virginia and my cousin lives in upstate NY. We wanted a cousin weekend halfway between and located this property. The house was perfect with plenty of open space. The yard is fantastic too. We loved it!

Wonderful home!

4 sisters great time. House was so charming.The neighborhood was safe. The location was perfect. Manager was lovely. We went to Peddlers Village and the Foothill Castle. Antique stores. Lots of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay again.

Great house!

We very much enjoyed our little home-away-from-home for four days while we did college tours and visited family in Doylestown. The house is well appointed and the towels and linens were so clean and fresh! It was exactly what we needed for this trip.

Extremely Disappointed – Dirty property and unwashed linen couldn’t stay & still awaiting my refund

My recent experience with VRBO and this property has been nothing short of a nightmare. I booked and paid early February for a July stay. It has been 17 days past the check in day and the owner has yet to complete my refund. I have contacted the property owner 5 times and connected with VRBO 4 times. No resolution. I expected better. Upon arriving at the property, we were immediately taken aback that the place had not been cleaned and the upstairs air conditioner was not functioning. There was a massive pile of dirty laundry in the kitchen, hair in the bathroom sink, and unvacuumed floors. There had been a mix-up and the cleaning team did not come. We needed to find alternative lodging for 6 of us coming from Wisconsin and California. The host agreed to cancel. On Monday, the planned checkout day, I asked about my refund, and I am still waiting for restitution. According to VRBO’s policy and the host, I should be entitled to a full refund. Unfortunately VRBO’s process was disappointing. Despite providing evidence of the agreement with the host, they let me know there was nothing they could do. Finally, I went so far as to send the host the VRBO instructions on how to process a refund and there has still been no response. I am stressed and frustrated. I urge anyone considering using this VRBO to be cautious and think twice before booking.

Small Town Vibes

Great house with plenty of space to stay in and hang out, with a big back yard with plenty of seating. The best part was the quaint downtown in walking distance with restaurants and shops

Great charming house

Everything was perfect! The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was it could have used a bit of a deeper clean, all the corners of the rooms had dirt. The beds are very comfortable! I do not like that they dont clean the bed comforters between guests either. The house and back yard are perfect!

Perfect

This was the perfect setting for our quick trip to Philly for a remembrance ceremony. The house was spotless and comfortable (my 8 year old son asked if we could buy it 😂) and the neighborhood was peaceful. I was worried about the on street parking but there was plenty of room. Thank you!

Great place to stay

Our family of five stayed at this property and all our needs were met. The check-in process was easy and after we got there, we discovered there were not enough towels, so after I called Katelyn, she very quickly remedy the situation. Katelyn was very easy to work with, answered all our questions, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean and definitely was true as it was advertised and perfect for our family. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future.
