"We had a quick stay and mainly used the property to sleep and shower. It was in a lovely secluded place, very quiet!! Wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. Only thing I would suggest is that they clean the cobwebs out of the bathroom and the windows. Everything else was very clean!"

"W the welcoming calls of loons from crystal clear Grand Portage Lake. What a wonderful stay! The cottage was beautifully appointed. The ample outside spaces provided postcard views. Located close to grocery, downtown restaurants and the Heart of Vilas bike trail head, we could not have enjoyed our stay more and look forward to our visiting again soon."

"We brought our 91 yo mom on a fall getaway. We all enjoyed watching the lake and treeline change throughout each day depending on the sunlight. We cooked all of our dinners in the kitchen which had everything we needed. We played board games at night on the big table.
