Lovely
This place offered my family a much needed quiet space to decompress after being with relatives all day. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. I loved being able to walk around the path and see all the ducks and geese. Thanks for a great stay.

Large, clean second floor condo with lovely view and everything you need for a great vacation. Walk around the lake is lovely. Pool is heated and two nice pickelball courts. Highly recommended. courts. .

Very nice
The property was in a condo complex, very quiet with a very nice view of the lake. We enjoyed taling walks around the lake at different times. The check-in was a bit rough but that was my fault as I failed to print the check-in process before leaving home so had to keep accessing via my phone. We enjoyed the area very much.phone.

A really nice 2 bed apartment with great views from the north facing balcony.Near to several bars/restaurants as well as supermarkets.Check in was easy and contact with the property manager excellent.Would highly recommend!

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and aptly furnished. We did a little bit of cooking and found the dish ware and pots and pans just what we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a filtered water pitcher in the fridge. Nice touch.I chose this condo because of the beautiful lake and all the green grass around it. A little oasis in the dessert. But when we arrived all the grass was torn up. They are just starting some new landscaping. So there were bull dozers right in front of our view and no greenery. Millie assured us that she had not been alerted to this. I don’t know how long the process will take but you might want to check with the owner before you book if you care about the lack of grass and the bull dozers. Everything else was just as we had expected. We would stay here again, hopefully with beautiful landscaping next time. 😊

Had a very relaxing stay, enjoyed a daily morning walk around the lake with lots of turtle sightings and found the balcony a lovely spot for coffee or wine depending on the time of day. Place was very clean and comfortable. Great location for our needs. Hope to stay again.

This is where we stay every time we come to visit our daughter at GCU. It’s a quick drive to the university and centrally located with things to do and places to eat. Such a peaceful get-away!

Great Place
Desert Shores was as perfect a location that you can get. It was centrally located and close to everything. Our condo was fabulous. Very clean and very well stocked with anything you need as far as housewares are concerned. Our host was great, I never needed to talk to her, but she kept in contact via e-mail throughout our stay. Comforting to know she was available and concerned on how our stay was. How ever you grade 10 out 10, 5 stars or AAA, Desert Shores was that good for us.

Perfect location, lovely condo!
The condo was exactly as described. Large wrap around covered deck overlooking a small lake. The lake has a walking path for owners/guests. There is a small fishing platform however we didnt use it. Location was very quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

GCU graduation weekend.
We loved the location, lake and pool! All members of our family went for walks around the lake and enjoyed the pool. Very peaceful with the doves singing. Unit was super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again!

Desert Shores Condo
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Everything was very clean and well appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the adjustable guest shower head was especially appreciated. We loved the lake view and enjoyed the walking path in the mornings. We also enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony and swimming in the pool in the afternoon.

The perfect escape
We stayed here for a week from April 11th -18th, 2024. The unit was spacious and well laid out. Everything we needed was included here as well. And the cleaning was exceptional. Being a corner unit and so close to the lake was icing on the cake. We couldn't have been any happier with our experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a vacation spot!
