Kind, caring, & fun!

Great Chandler property

This unique 2-story home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The main floor is perfectly organized to allow the entire family to feel together while watching TV, playing pool, or cooking. The kids took the paddle boat out for a spin on the lake. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with convenient appliances and dishes. Absolutely loved having access to the garage to avoid the intense AZ heat! The host is communicative and timely addressed any questions or concerns. We will definitely book again when we visit family.

Outstanding Property

This property is exactly as advertised and more! Check-in and communication with the owner/property manager was a breeze and she was more than willing to answer any questions we had extremely quickly. Shopping for groceries and other necessities were literally about a mile away. We spent most of our time in the pool overlooking the canal. The weather was perfect and watching the ducks and geese and their babies became a highlight of the trip. House was super clean, kitchen well stocked and the pool table was a fun addition. It really is a beautiful home in an excellent location. We will be back for sure!

Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was so close to grocery stores and activities we chose to attend . House had a large variety of utensils, pans, bowls, storage containers, etc. Will definitely stay there again

Awesome Stay!!!!!

Beautiful spacious home in a fantastic area!!Easy access to downtown Chandler and all events around the area!!! Hosts Karla and Tim were outstanding and very responsive to all our needs, especially pool and hot tub!!! House was extremely well stocked with essentials!!Absolutely awesome stay!!! 10/10!!!!!

Beautiful Place!

We had a wonderful stay - everything was as described/pictured - and the outdoor space and view was awesome. We appreciated that paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. were provided. There was plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Make sure to read all the info about hearing the pool/spa since they can’t be heated at the same time. Karla was available the entire time as always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!

Winter getaway

Been to AZ many times, thought we would try a new area. Found many things to do. Loved the Olive Mill and found some hiking in the San Tan Mt area. Easy to and from airport. Would definitely do this area again.

Spacious home on the lake with a warm, responsive host

Our family met in Chandler to celebrate Christmas together. It was my husband and I, our two sons in their 20s, and parents in their 80s. The first-floor bedroom was great for my older parents. The kitchen has updated appliances and is well-equipped for cooking. The guys enjoyed the pool table, and we all relaxed in the hot tub- with jets. Karla, the host, was easy to communicate with and responsive. We were especially grateful for a lovely Christmas tree and added holiday decor for our stay. It's a home I would stay in again.

Spacious home to fully recharge in!

The house was immaculate and well stocked.Very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hanging out on the back deck. The location was perfect for us- close to stores and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Great home in Chandler

Family Graduation Trip to AZ

We had a very nice trip to Arizona for a graduation celebration and the house was perfect for the family. There were some issues with the pool vacuum, but Karla was responsive helped with a reset. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all manner of equipment and utensils.

Month in the sun

We recently rented this home for a month in the sun - with my husbands parents who are both in their mid-80's. Everything was just as described in the listing. Having the en suite bedroom on the main floor was great as it allowed my mother-in-law to not have to climb the stairs, but still have her privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, crock pot, and wine glasses (thanks previous renter that picked those up at the Dollar Store ;) ) We were able to cook all our meals at the house and even entertained some additional family members a few evenings. We did pay the extra to have the hot tub and pool heated - we had worked out a schedule with the owners to only heat each during certain/consistant times in order to help keep costs down and out of the entire month stay, I think we only had 2 times that the hot tub didn't get turned on. Thanks Karla! The beds were really comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet. The back patio overlooking the lake was a beautify place to start and end each day. After being there for a month, it was definitely feeling like "home" and was hard to pack up and leave. Both my in-laws commented several times on what a perfect location and home! We definitely hope to return soon. Thank you so much for making our stay so great Karla!!

Excellent house is a great location

We stayed while on a golf trip in the area. A great house exactly as advertised. Clean and well stocked. Four bedrooms were what we needed for our group of 4 golfers. Used the pool table and the hot tub every day. Karla was great to deal with, always available for a quick text. Will stay again when we return.

Wonderful place to stay

This place had everything we need except wine glass but we were able to buy some at the dollar store a short distance away. We were there for 8 days for a family wedding it was the perfect place for us. The only two issues were all the dead fish that left an odor when out side when the wind was right. And the second was the hot tub. We did have to pay extra to have it heated but it was only heated a few hours a day so we couldn’t use it when we wanted. Over all would stay again.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described and very clean. We didn’t use the pool as the weather was not cooperative but loved having coffee on the back porch each morning. Highly recommend!

First time VRBO

It is a nice, quiet residential area with plenty of grocery shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and other commercial stores. I didn't read the property description closely enough to discover that there was a charge for heating the pool and hot tub- my mistake. We had issues with the door combination, but the owners worked to resolve them. Three of the four bedrooms are upstairs which may be an accessibility issue depending on your group. I would stay here again.
