Decent home in nice neighborhood
Area is ver safe and nice and on a quiet cul de sac. You feel very safe. The property owners brought over some charcoal and lighter so we could grill on the grill and some laundry pods so we could run a load of laundry. The hot tub is nice and they have a little mini golf course. A few of the outlets need to be replaced, they did not hold the prongs of the phone charger.

Nice weekend

Exactly as described
Plenty of bedrooms and space in a safe neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed a walk to a nearby park two different mornings and felt very safe. Friendly neighborhood.

Great location. House size perfect for our family. Onlne listing should state that the one bathroom listed is the pool bathroom and is only accessible from the outside patio. Property manager very easy to work with and prompt in responding to messages.

Good value for the price
The back yard had a beautiful, clean and well kept pool that we loved. The rest of the yard could be great, but right now definitely isn't part of the standard cleaning crews routine. Many broken plastic parts from seat backs (maybe the hot tub headrests??) and misplaced walking steps laying around, left out goggles from previous guests, broken chairs and so many old cobwebs on the couch area that no one was brave enough to try it. Don't get me wrong, we had one table that we did sit out and enjoy a poolside beverage at, but would have liked to lounge on the comfy stuff too. As I said, the pool was beautand the most used part. The rest of the house was clean and easy to use, some minor things here and there were loose or didn't work, but not much different than any other rental you'd find anywhere. The two rooms with on suite baths were great and both had sliders to the back yard. The other three rooms were small and would be great for kids as they had to share a bathroom. As I had adults who all needed to get ready for work about the same time it wasn't the best, but we shared the other bathrooms. I would recommend this house for a family with kids though for sure! The hosta were great, wonderful communication, they were clear what was expected for checkout and would gladly rent from them again!!

Friends golf trip
House was perfect for the golf trip for our group. Each person had their own bed and bathroom which was a plus. Fully stocked kitchen made eating at home easy. Central location to the areas best golf courses was a plus. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Scottsdale trip
We had a great time! The property was clean and large! The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. Beds were comfortable and we liked that the primary ensuite bedrooms had sliding door that lead directly to the pool and hot tub area. The only suggestions would to upgrade the towels and install a handrail by the steps in the pool. Two of our friends are in their 70s and a handrail would make it easier and safer to get in and out of the pool. Thanks for a great time. Would definitely come back again!

Family get together
The house was perfect for our group. It was great having everyone in one location! The house was well stocked with all the basics we needed. Paul was a great host and very responsive for the couple of questions r had. I would definitely stay again!!

Enjoyable Spot for Family
Our family of adult siblings & spouses stayed for a family memorial and reunion of cousins who live on the area. Plenty of room for the four families that stayed. Having two masters were nice & all bathrooms were newly renovated. Love the tile floors throughout. The home is spacious & plenty of room/bathrooms. Great outdoor space that was fun! Our extended family was able to come by & it was a great landing spot for us all for 4 days. It was very clean. Biggest suggestion is that the cabinets in kitchen can use a good scrub or retouch painting. The flat paint makes it feel worn & not in line with the rest of the house. We travel every two years to Phoenix so we love that area and are likely to book here again on next trip out. Quiet and friendly cul-de-sac. Excellent communication with property hosts. Very responsive & kind.

Great Location
Great locations, minutes from anything you want to do. Only problem we had is the hot tube was low on water that caused it not to heat up, so we lost a day of use. You have to pay to use the hot tub. Other than that issue, the place is nice and in a quiet Neiborhood.

The Perfect House
This was absolutely the best house we could have rented for spring break with a family with ages 7-76. We all enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the putting green in this lovely, safe, convenient neighborhood. We are strongly considering renting the house for next spring, after polling the family!!

The Commish's Stay
Mostly fine save for last minute lack of communication accuracy with respect to adding one night. More importantly, everyone had negative comments about the quality of the mattresses, and we are talking five bedrooms!

Great house in Scottsdale
4 guys on a golf vacation stayed for a week. House was great and host was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with some water leaking from the refrigerator. The maintence guys fixed it the next day very quickly while we were out. I highly recommend this house

Family Fun Time
We truly enjoyed this property and the area as a whole. Any small issues that arose were handled quickly. The host was easy to deal and communicated quickly and effectively. We would definitely come back to this property.

Fabulous Vacation Home
We only stayed 3 nights but it was a perfect 3 nights. Nice, quiet neighborhood where we walked our dogs daily. Comfortable furniture and very interesting channels on the TV! We're trying to figure out how to get that TV box at home now! The backyard is amazing and we enjoyed having the hot tub. Our dogs loved exploring the big backyard and it was very safe (no escape holes) for even our tiniest chiweenie. Communication was excellent with Paul and we hope to stay again in the future for a longer visit!

Golf Trip 2023
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything we as stated and backyard was very nice! Kept us busy practicing as we got ready for our daily golf rounds. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and stores! Only negative would be the mattresses were not comfortable, but we slept :)
