Great property lots of bedrooms. Close to relatives in Sun City West, plus lifetime fitness both about 20-25 minutes away. 15 minutes from Cardinals football stadium. Enjoyed playing Pac-Man & set the new high score.

Wonderful family get together!
We all gathered in Sun City for a Celebration of Life. We actually rented 2 VRBO's in the area to accommodate all of us. 20 family members stayed at "Chic 7 bdrm 4 bath" and it worked very well for such a large party. All was as advertised! The Property Manager really communicated well. Would definitely stay at this property again. Great Job!

Family trip
We had a great time and The house was awesome! It was clean and had plenty of room for our extended family. The house was stocked with plenty of linens and cookware for the whole family. The host was great. He was very responsive and helpful for all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the Phoenix area.

The house is obviously well equipped and well laid out. It has everything you could want or need. Elvis was really easy to work with, quickly accommodating when there was an issue with the pool filter. We had a seemless trip!

Oasis in the sun
This house was perfect for our sisters' getaway weekend. 7 bedrooms. Comfortable beds. 4 nicely upgraded bathrooms. We paid to heat the pool and are glad we did. The backyard is unbelievable. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great Host, Awesome Communication, A+ Property
We stayed at Elvis' place to gather for Christmas and it was the perfect backdrop for a weekend with family. First and foremost, Elvis was one of the most communicative hosts I've ever had. From the moment we connected (after a last minute cancellation from another host on the day we were supposed to check-in) Elvis was easy to contact, extremely accommodating for requests like early/late check-in/check-out, and responsive to all questions and communications which we appreciated especially given the last-minute booking over the holidays. The house itself was great. Lots of entertainment in the backyard in the form of yard games + seating areas, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Even on cold days, the heated pool was very comfortable and the hot-tub was even better. We made several full holiday and birthday meals in the kitchen and felt it was very well stocked in terms of cookware and utensils. Rooms were all clean, comfortably slept our group of 9 (with two extra beds to spare). and had smart tvs/rokus in every bedroom, which we all appreciated. All in all, we had a great trip and would highly recommend both this property and Elvis as a host.

Perfect from beginning to end
We were a party of 15 traveling to Surprise for a USTA nationals championship tournament and we all wanted to be under one roof. The house was BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, and FUN. We opted to not have the pool heated and regret that we probably should have so that we could have enjoyed the house to the fullest. Elvis was amazing to communicate with and we would definitely book this house if we are in the area.

55th Birthday Bash
Everything was how it appeared on the website. House was nicely cleaned. The pool was nice and clean. The owner was very responsive whenever we called with a question he got back to us in a timely manor and was very helpful in getting our questions answered. I would definitely recommend this house for others to rent. And I will definitely come back to Arizona and stay at this property. There were 5 adult couples and we had plenty of space and a lot of good activities on the property to enjoy.

Family Vacation
The house was beautiful! Elvis was very helpful with all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The insurance was well worth it as accidents do happen with all the kiddos. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Awesome house for the whole family!
Stayed here with 2 families (4 adults & 4 kids) plenty of room and plenty for everyone to do! So much fun! pool, hot tub, mini golf, pool table, and sooooo much more! Never even had to leave the house, great place to relax, and have fun! Super clean! More then enough clean linens and dishes for everyone the whole time. perfect house! Elvis the host was amazing, great communication, quick responses. Super host! Thank you! Highly recommend!

Amazing house and property
We could not have been happier with this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed was there. The fire pit table was great and we used the pool and hot tub every day. Elvis was so helpful with anything we needed. I would book this home again in a heartbeat!!!

Property needed attention; Property manager difficult to communicate with
Overall, the property is not worth the price. The property manager is unprofessional and rude. The pictures online are very different than what you get. For example, the umbrellas in the pictures are not onsite. There was one umbrella, worn down and no lighting as shown. Golf clubs were missing for the mini golf (eventually the property manager brought some), hot tub was dirty, mini golf flags are torn/worn down, propane tanks were empty- found one full one in the garage but could not use BBQ/fire pit at the same time because we had to switch out when other was in use., no instructions for the hot tub and the hot tub screen is old and hard to read (we were not able to use it the first day), pool leaf skimmer was broken/missing netting - had to call property manager for a new one. No remotes for the 3 outside tvs - property manager had me running around the house for an hour trying to find other remotes to use but then you couldn't use those other tvs inside. My 76 year old father sat on one of the lounge chairs and it crashed to the floor. Property manager is trying to make us pay for the damage even though he claims everything is 4 months old - the lounge chair would not have broken like that if it were brand new or not broken before.. Pool sticks were missing tips. Lots of small things that continued to make the stay "annoying and unsatisfying." Property manager said we were too picky and would rate us a 1 for wanting to have these things. He said he delivered a "perfect house" and were were horrible guests. I guess asking for things to be right, have good customer service and work with decent people is a hard ask. I would not recommend this property or any other property this property manager oversees.
