Room cancelled at last minute.
We had rented 2 condos, 1 for us, 1 for friends. We were informed at the last minute that the owner of one of the units cancelled our reservation. They had no other rooms available. Because of Baseball Spring Training, any available hotel room had raised their prices 3 x the normal amount. Our friends were unable to go. I did not appreciate the hard core time share sales spiel when we checked in.

Stay at Cibola Vista, AZ
The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the time we spent for the time we were allowed to stay there. A few weeks into our trip, we were abruptly told that the rest of our reservation for the last week was cancelled. However, we never cancelled it. We weren't provided a satisfactory answer of who cancelled it, but were told it was out of management's control and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Just like that. Kicked out. Will never trust the system again.

The room was clean, well maintained, and quiet. It was easy to find, there was adequate parking, and we felt safe at the location. I would definitely stay again.

Poor customer communication
It would be helpful to have very prominent in front page display that you will be asked to move every 2 to 4 days. This is a time-share that owners are not supposed to use VRBO for. We booked for 12 days - we received an email from the host that included the following "We have gone ahead and finalized the first 2 nights of your reservation and we will send another email in the next few days for the last 10 nights. The owner is still working on getting it finalized as he's working with tons of reservations everyday. We would like to informed you that you will get an upgraded unit for the first 2 nights with no additional cost." Never received any further communication from this "Premiere Host" and had to work with the property itself. Even though we had confirmation of the host for 12 consecutive nights - there was a 5-night gap in the middle of our stay where we were expected to leave and come back 5 days later. Thank goodness one of the employees at the property figured out a way to allow us to stay all 12 days, without any further moving. Don't trust what this "Premiere Host" tells you. As a senior couple we will not stay here again. It looks like they have nice amenities and activities for a family, but music blaring all day Saturday is something we didn't consider "restful." Choose carefully. We will not stay here again even though it was convenient to Peoria Sports Complex. We will be looking for a place that is owned by the host, that we can stay in the same room for our entire stay, and would have a quieter setting. Let me restate - property and its employees were helpful - Host dropped the ball in so many areas.

Desert vacation
Great resort and location. Room wasn’t updated like the pic, but it was clean and well maintained. Odd smell when we first arrived but figured out it was from a air purifier machine (due to COVID). We opted to turn it off and the smell dissipated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again!

Nice Resort
This was a nice resort in an upscale area of Peoria. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The pool and property were well maintained.

Not what I paid for
We decided to stay at this property based on the pictures posted. We figured we were getting what we paid for. We walked into the room and it was a small hotel room. I talked to the front desk people and told them they put me in a room I didn’t pay for.. They said that these rooms shouldn’t even be listed on VRBO for people to stay at. The sheets were so rough. Pretty sure they could invest in better bed sheets.
