"I had a great experience at Tru by Hilton. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they truly made our stay even better. Everyone who assisted us was kind and attentive, which I really appreciated.
One of the biggest advantages was the location — being so close to the arena made everything so convenient. I was able to go back and forth which made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Glendale. You may be alarmed when walking through the building hallways towards your rental. Stained concrete, dim lighting, garbage on floor, cobwebs on ceiling. Yikes! I thought-- what have I got myself into?? Inside the rental, we saw hairs on the towels and the dishwasher was stinky but the rental was otherwise acceptable. The place looks like it hasn't had a fresh coat of paint in years. The furnishings are sad--I tried to move the bedside table to see if there was an outlet behind...
