Nice house but needs maintenance
While the house is nice it needs a lot of maintenance. The master bathroom door doesn't close, sinks drain slowly, blinds don't open/close, fridge filter needs to be replaced, etc.

Celebration visit
It was easy to find and get into the property. Many "extras" provided. Perfect size for our needs. Some suggestions: give more indepth info on living room tv-4 remotes with no idea which was for what, weren't able to truly watch. Provide serving/cooking spoons-lots of items but no spoons. Fix/get better pool tools-net didn't have the net and handle was flimsy. Clean out shed-some swim items in there but was all just thrown in there and there was a bad smell in there.

Phoenix house
Check in was easy. Evolve responded quickly with an issue. Good location , if a little noisy. This is across from a community college that had loud music. There must have been a fair, the music was not offensive. We had a toddler who is noisy himself so the music did not bother us. This is the second year we have stayed at this property.

Spring Training Spring Break
Cool place. Just me and my son. I wish there would have been propane for the grill. Mistakes happen though. Would stay again. I thought I booked an extra day. Luckily I hadn’t left for a baseball game. House cleaner knocked and notified me that we needed to be gone. We gathered our stuff up and we’re gone in 5 minutes.

Good location and yard for kids
Overall a very nice property for families with children. It has a great backyard with plenty of toys for kids. I liked the separate fence around the pool with latch on top where little fingers can’t reach. The property backs up to a busy road , but there is a concrete fence around the property so we felt safe. It was a little loud, but if you have children that is a good thing as the street noise drowns out the kids noise and the music from the neighbors and the college across the street. I would have rated this 5 stars, but some simple things are run down and really should be addressed. The floor molding around kitchen counter pops up and has tacks sticking out of strip. ( not good for toddler, we just put the strips up) . More concerning is the material under the molding, pellets of insulation (perhaps?) that the 2 year old called popcorn and wanted to eat. Also the closing spout in the bathroom doesn’t work. I was able to wrap washcloth around and the water stayed in the bathtub long enough for a toddler bath. The master bathroom is beautiful and works well. A few simple fixes and easily a 5 for families. If I travel to Phoenix again with young ones I would definitely stay here again.

Family Time Getaway
The property was great for the little ones to play outside. Everything was nice and clean, nice linens, and the kitchen dishes, utensils, etc. was extremely well stocked for preparing meals. The one thing I would have changed is due to our family's preference for sleeping in darkness. The wooden shades do not block-out the sunlight well. Solid shades or adding curtains to the bedrooms would make the property perfect in my eyes.

Perfect for Visits
An open floor plan with a great backyard and pool. Rooms were great to stay in and everything was cleaned upon arrival and easy to clean up upon checkout. The only nit-picky thing is it’s on a main road so you can hear all the traffic if the doors and windows are open. I would stay here again!

Perfect home away from home
The property representative was so helpful with checking in. The house was spotless, smelled fresh, and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils necessary to cook and eat in. We stayed for five nights, it’s central location was perfect for all of the things we wanted to do, and has easy access to family spread all over Phoenix. It has a fenced back yard, and the adjacent pool is fenced so the little kids can play safely. We will definitely stay here again. We compared pricing with the Embassy Suites, and this is the best value by far.

Upon our arrival the pool pump and vacuum had not been working for a while. The pool was disgusting with debris everywhere. After contacting the person in the email I was told to contact there was no response so I contacted the guest contact in the welcome book. They arranged for maintenance to come the next morning between 9-11 am. Maintenance never showed I had to contact them again and was told 20-30 minutes. Maintenance ended up being 45 minutes late. I was told by the guest contact that there was a storm the night before I checked in that likely knocked out the pool pump and vacuum. I could accept that IF they made an attempt to make this right. As a rental company maintenance or the caretaker should have verified that the pool was in working order prior to our check in if there was a storm that bad the night before our 7 night stay. I asked them to make this situation right considering they failed to make sure the pool was in working order and maintenance being late to the window I was provided. I asked for a discount for the day I was unable to use a pool that was the selling point behind the property. Which was declined. It’s unfortunate that a rental company cannot make sure their property is in working order prior to a guest check in and then fails to make the situation right when their maintenance fails to show up on time to fix the issue. The rest of our stay was uneventful and fine. The house was exactly as it was listed. Beds were comfortable. The play area for children was nice as well as the game table inside. Having toiletries available was nice. Pool was a bit deep for younger children but was nice once it was usable. Bring pool toys as the “shed with toys” consists of dirty goggles, 1 float for a small child, and 1 noodle. Bottom line due to the lack of care by EVOLVE, guest contact, and maintenance by not taking the time to make sure the property was in good working condition prior to check in we will NOT be staying at another EVOLE property and would book a different property should we return to Phoenix in the future.

Amazing
This house was perfect for our needs. Everything was just as advertised with the space and everything was clean. My kids loved the pool and the pool toys as well as the game table. The giant beanbag was great and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with basic items which made cooking easy. The pool being fenced in separately was a great feature for young kids. All in all a great place to stay.

Was amazing experience beautiful home kids love the pool had an amazing time she provided everything I do appreciate it thank you so much everything overall was good I had to buy a grill because the gas grill was out but other than that everything else was pretty fair thank you

Well thought out Home
It’s a great place for families with so many more amenities than other VRBOs such as shampoos, trash bags, pool towels, paper towel, bandaids etc. The astroturf backyard was really nice for kids to play on as well as the pool and shed full of random pool toys. We chose not to heat pool but it was refreshing with the nice 80 degree temps! The backyard wall backs up to a busy road which we didn’t mind since the traffic muffled the kids screams and squeals in the quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the reason we choose this location was the bed selections. With our sons in the bunk room and daughter in other room. The place was overall clean. Our biggest complaint is the toxic artificial room freshener we could smell upon our arrival. After these smelly Instant headache makers were located as plug in freshener units and moved to the garage and opening windows the smell disappeared. Also the master bedroom carpet had quite a few stains and needs to be stretched to eliminate quite a few wrinkles. But with a few up keep projects and maintenance this would be a 5 star in our estimation.

This was a great house for our family. We each had our own rooms & the kitchen was stocked with everything (minus food, obviously). Quiet neighborhood near community college. Central location to hit all of the spring training games and to get to airport.

Family Get Together in Warm Weather
The house was nice. I rented it because of the pool, but the weather ended up being too cold. I think we missed it by a week. The carpet and couch appeared dirty. When we called the property manager, we did not get al call back. We were allowed into the house at noon, instead of 3:00.

Comfortable family base for exploring AZ
Wonderful home comfortable for our family of 4 to use as a base while exploring AZ. Our kids are teens, but would be wonderful for younger kids as well. Easy communication and instructions for arrival and departure. Excellent local restaurant recommendations.

Great place to stay!
We had a great time staying at this home. Our kiddos enjoyed the big backyard and we enjoyed the safety the gated pool provided for our youngest. The love sac in the living room was also a pleasant surprise! So comfy! Two things that would have made our stay a little better was having propane available for the gas grill. When Daisy, our guest contact, responded that they didn't provide it we were bummed. It would have been fine if that would have been noted on the house listing but it wasn't so we made plans to grill. We bought food to grill with on the first night we arrived before we knew about the lack of propane and instead had to use the stove to cook everything. All was good until we had to turn on the exhaust fan over the stove and it began making a loud banging sound lol. We had to turn it off right away and open windows instead. Other than those two things we had an amazing stay at this beautiful home and appreciated how clean everything was. We will definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family visiting Phoenix!
