A relaxing and lovely place to stay!

Our family of 5 adults were very comfortable staying in this house. We had plenty of room! A relaxing environment in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely decor and instructions for using the appliances etc which helped. Has a small pool to use in warmer weather. Highly recommend this beautiful house.

Beautiful oasis

Loved our stay there location was quick and easy to everything. Pool was a little chilly, but we knew that. Furniture was new and comfy Enjoyed the few evening shows from the air force planes would definitely try and stay here again

Family Visit

A Well-Appointed Home

Probably the nicest home we have ever rented. What made it so nice? Here goes, in no particular order: 1. Phenomenal book of detailed, pictured instructions on how to operate EVERYTHING related to the house. 2. Clean, modern, newer appliances. 3. Comfy beds. 4. Soooooo many unexpected extras: Blender, hot air popcorn popper, crock pot, spices, oils, K-cup AND pot coffee makers, beach towels, bunches of throw blankets, foil & saran wrap, gas grill, and on-and-on! 5. Beautiful weather + Beautiful patio = A super spot for outdoor yoga and tabata workouts. (I've never been so inspired to get my exercise in on vacation!) 6. A perfect location to get to/from Goodyear Ballpark for spring training games. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thanks for having us.

Pure Bliss

My family traveled to Arizona from Minnesota, Texas, Montana and California for our sister’s 87th birthday celebration. I shared the house with one of my brothers and his wife. I was so impressed with the house that I invited several family members to see it. Many of them have never rented through VRBO, and were surprised at how nice it was, and even more surprised at the reasonable rate compared with the cost of a hotel room. This house had everything we needed. The only thing we had a problem with was the coffee machine but thankfully there was also a keurig. Loved the layout of the house. Having the bedrooms on separate wings made it exceptionally private. The beds were very comfortable, as was the living room and patio furniture. I will absolutely want to book this house again next time I’m in the area!

Good Time In Goodyear

One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy. Bathrooms neat and clean. Living room/dining room felt like home. Pool area was a great place to relax. We also enjoyed watching the jets from Luke Air Base while at the pool. Just a nice place to stay. Thank You Joe & Kristen

You will feel safe

a very large, very loud dog kept careful track of our every move and light switch. the pool needs a heater for the 50-65 degree weather we had. In Phoenix. in March. we arrived at 10 from Ohio, but couldnt check in until after 2 or 3. the book says 4pm so... great rooms, great kitchen, electric stoves are the worst. great refrig and washer/dryer. no on street parking was just a suggestion for the rest of the cars on the block.

Family Gathering

I booked this property with my parents to visit my grandmother. My grandmother lives in a senior community and this was a great house to gather, have room to spread out and enjoy meals together. The house was super clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and firetable!

Great Place

This home is very well appointed - it has everything you need and then some. VERY clean and they even provide different laundry detergent options! It's conveniently located for day trips - and you will have to drive to experience the many wonders of AZ. The binder of ideas gave us excellent adventures that I would highly recommend - like Out of Africa Wildlife Park. It's a 2-hour drive from the home but well worth it! Just pair it with an afternoon of wine tasting!

All Good!

Everything was wonderful. We weren't able to get the pergola lights on, which was disappointing; the remote probably needs fresh batteries. Things like that should be checked before guests arrive. But that was only a teeny hiccup during a pleasant stay. Coffee outside in the a.m. Wine beneath the pergola in the p.m. Lovely house.
