Quick winter get away
Christmas get away with my 2 adult kids and significant others. This was my 1st rental but not my last. Loved all the living space, fireplace and hot tub which we used often. Good location as we hiked, spent time downtown Gilbert and found a great brewery. Home was centrally located!

Wonderful Vacation Home
This home is as close to perfect as you can get. The layout of the house was perfect. Plenty of room, nice and a great open concept. The neighborhood (and view of Western Skies golf course) was quite nice. The location is only 30 minutes from the airport and very close to shopping, gold courses, etc.. The home is very well equipped and did not lack for any necessary kitchen items. We generally choose a different house each year, but we may change our "norm" and stay here again. It was fabulous.

Just as described!
Great home on a quiet cul-de-sac. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Home was clean and well maintained. The pool area is a nice bonus. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

We had to visit Phoenix in August for a death in the family. This house welcomed us and made the best of a sad situation. The house was wonderful and the management was super friendly and helpful

Amazing!!!!!
Our stay was wonderful! My family and I really enjoyed the property. Very spacious. We have 7 kids, and they had a ball! We loved everything they had to offer! Beautiful house! Beautiful pool! The kids really enjoyed the pool table, and the swimming pool. Our stay was in July, which was very hot outside. We spent most of our days in the pool, or lounging in the nice cool house! Very clean and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of towels and extra linens if necessary. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this property, and might stay again in the future if we visit AZ again!

Great house.
The house was exceptional and was set up for allowing for a lot of privacy. It was spacious with plenty of room for dining, for recreation, and for relaxation. The house was very well stocked with everything that you needed. It had a very nice backyard with lots to do. it was definitely a beautiful, five star house. That being said, there was one thing that was confusing to me about this house as nice as it was. The house is designed as a gathering place for family and friends, since it has such a nice recreation room, a tremendous amount of dining space, and a backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and additional hang out space. However, as it is stated in the lease, orly three vehicles are allowed to park at the house in the driveway and garage, and no vehicles are allowed to park in the street, which means you could only have a very limited amount of people over. That was just a little confusing to us. But by no means, would that keep us going back to this house again because it was just so nice. Five stars. I just wish there would be an opportunity to park in the street and have some people over.

All Future Stays Will Be Here
Extremely clean property with more than enough space. Loved the open floor plan. Pool and hottub were both clean and heated on arrival. Booking process was simple and straight forward. Neighborhood is quiet and only a short 5 min drive to anything you could possibly need on your trip. This will be the only property I stay at for future travels to AZ. Highly recommend.

Western Skies -Perfect Family Home
The property was perfect for our family. The home was immaculate and the children between ages 6 to 12 never had a dull moment. The kitchen is perfect for hosting a large family meals. The management company was also wonderful to work with and made the check in and check out process easy. We would absolutely rent this property again!

Great stay!
We had a long weekend with family and this property was wonderful! Close to groceries, restaurants and some neat things in Gilbert like the observatory and Riparian Preserve. The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Great for cooking group meals. We could all be working in the kitchen without tripping over each other!

Nice spot
Good house would rent again. Make sure you realize there are 2 thermostats. Plenty of room for the 7 of us if fit very comfortably. I did find the early check in fee to be annoying. But overall, would rent again.

Family Vacation
Our family absolutely loved this house and location. Upon arrival the property was extremely clean and well stocked. We were able to easily Instacart groceries to the house for the week and the kitchen had everything you require to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our daughter and communication with the property management company exceeded our expectations. While the home was a bit big for just our family it would easily accommodate multiple families. We would definitely stay at this property again as well as any other properties managed by the same company.

A perfect place for what we were looking for
My husband and I wanted to be on a golf course, as we were planning to golf a few times during our visit. Although this property was WAY larger than we needed for the two of us... the kitchen/living room, master bedroom, pool table area and back yard was everything we were looking for. This felt like it was our home and we didn't want to leave! We LOVED the sound system and how comfortable everything was.

Quiet neighborhood with a good location
This is a well stocked home and was comfortable for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable except for the back bedroom. The bed doesn’t seem to be a full size king as my son in law’s feet hung off the end. He is 6’. The backyard was a bit of a disappointment as it doesn’t really look like the photo. There is a small pool but the rest of the yard is dead grass and dirt, not resort like at all.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sandstone Gem. The layout of the home is perfect for a family. The house was very clean and confortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor space was wonderful. The pool was clean and well thought out for comfort. We would love to stay again soon.

Sandstone gem
Great private and quiet property. 4 bedrooms and being single story was sure nice. Lots of outside and shaded sitting. Pool with waterfall was fun and did not require heating in May. Stand alone premier hot tub with very simple to remove cover and uncomplicated controls. This was one of our favorite VRBOs.

Property was very well kept and comfortable. The pool looks bigger in pictures but it served it’s purpose! Located in a great spot where you could get everything you needed in a short drive or even walk.
