Nice House in Mesa
My family enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was clean and well maintained. The management company was responsive and helpful. Our only complaint was that we rented this particular house because it had a heated pool. The pool was lovely, but the heat was not working properly so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we would have liked.

The house is large roomy very clean kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils Pool is ok it doesn’t have a railing to get in and out we didn’t get a chance to use the pool alot The man that cleaned the pool was fantastic happened to be there when he was working he took time to visit with us and gave us great information about the area much appreciated

Great family weekend
We chose this location specifically for the easy access to Phoenix and the pool. The house was very clean and well cared for. It was very well stocked and had everything that we needed. The pool was perfect and our family had an amazing time. We would definitely return for another stay

The place was clean and had plenty of room. The master is big enough to sleep more people on air mattresses if you need more room. The location was great away from traffic but close to grocery & safe. The backyard was big enough to enjoy swimming and just hanging out. Make sure you check on what is going to be happening with your house maintenance because on our last full day we were planning on enjoying the pool because it was a gorgeous day out and we’re surprised by yard workers doing something in the back right by the pool with manure in the grass and it smelled horrible while we were trying to have a nice last day outside. I understand people doing maintenance during week and we were aware there would be some people but there was never any mention of what was going to happen. It would have seemed more reasonable to have set that treatment/job for when there were not renters who specifically rented with the use of pool/backyard in mind by requesting heat (which we didn’t have our first day there). These things were disappointing but the house was great and we would rent again. Just wanted to make future renters aware to ask these questions.

My wife daugher and myself had a great stay there, we should have booked for more days, but this was our first visit to Mesa. We loved being able to park in the garage during the heat of the day. We enjoyed the pool, but would be nice to have a hand rail getting in and out of pool. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return.

Loved this property and the cleanliness. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities needed to feel at home. The pool was refreshing, loved all the loungers and covered patio. Having access to all this as well as the grill right outside the kitchen made it very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, shopping was close. Would recommend this house to family and friends. Would come back again.

Amazing Place for our Family!
Very clean, wonderful open layout, and it was perfect for our family. The pool and backyard is like a resort, and we enjoyed the walking paths through the area. Very quiet even though it's in a neighborhood. Great place overall!

Home away from home

Wonderful House
This was our second stay at this property and we enjoyed it even more this time. The outdoor living space was perfect. Pool was just the right temperature for swimming. We ate most meals outside. Kitchen is well equipped. Close to Grocery store. Looking forward to our next stay.
