Overall wonderful

Great stay overall! They were quick to respond to messages and help us with the couple little things that came up. Heating the pool does cost an extra 70 a day which we did not realize. The hot tub is a little small but that’s about all I have negative to say at all! We will be back!

Wonderful, cozy home and excellent host!

This was a long weekend in a perfect spot! Pool was just right and hot tub was relaxing. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Location was convenient and the host was super responsive and informative. Would stay here again!

Great Stay

The property was great and was the perfect location. Was easy to visit everything in Scottsdale. We paid to have the pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. Hot tub worked but is quite small. Overall great stay with no hiccups.

Almost Perfect

The house was perfect for Grand Parents/ parents and grand children, the Dual master suites wer nice and the home was clean and well suited to our needs. The pool and yard were wonderful we had issues with the pool heater but were fully reimbursed for the heating charge s overall it was just about perfect and we will plan for a redo soon!!!

Phoenix family trip

Scottsdale December Stay

Three of us stayed in this property. We all loved the property and the amenities. We chose this property due to the two master suites and third bedroom. Everything was as promised and we were especially happy that the home was stocked with all our basic needs from popcorn to coffee to laundry detergent, etc. It was conveniently located to all the places we wanted to visit while in the area. The neighborhood was nice and we walked the neighborhood basically every morning and every evening.

Nice place

The place was clean and well-appointed. There was no need to bring any extra items to make this vacation successful. The house does show some wear and the hot tub heater did not work. It was comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Family Gathering for a Troon Country Club Wedding.

The location of this property was 3 minutes from Scottsdale family residence , so we were excited to find this property at a reasonable price. The two king-size bedrooms were of great size. Although the queen-size bedroom was quite small and had to be shared with one of the king-size bedrooms, it was dealt with successfully. The property was very clean with spacious areas to enjoy family gatherings making for an enjoyable stay.

nice house in quiet neighborhood

Everything about the stay was smooth. Had to initially contact management about something going wrong with front door access. Was able to get in through alternate garage code and the other issue was corrected immediately by management. I would recommend this house, and will look into a return trip.

Excellent property!

Place is beautiful, very clean. A lot of nice personal toughest like a popcorn movie night basket as a welcome. Host was attentive. Only issue I had was that there was no rail to help you get in and out of the pool. I’ve never seen a pool that didn’t have one. There were steps but they were high and I’m short. Plus, I recently had knee surgery, so it was difficult for me to get out. To get in, I would just jump into the deep end.

Much Needed Getaway

My partner and I always try to get away sometime in the summer. We love the heat, sun and relaxing. We also enjoy golf, gambling, and dining. We wanted a lot of privacy and relaxation and this place was just the right fit! The check-in process, the clean house with all the amenities, the outdoor backyard with pool, grill, TV and putting green was exactly what was shown on the website. We had a wonderful time and the communication with the property company was really great. They checked in with me throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience!

The property was nice, few things didn’t work, like outdoor ceiling fan, misters outside , but there was a roach problem , at night they were all over the patio , in house was ridiculous. Even after treatment ! Won’t be back , no sleep, for fear they would crawl in the bed , worn out and ready to be home! Was not a pleasant stay at all!
