25th wedding anniversary vacation
This is our first stay at this beautiful home and upon our arrival we felt like we were at home. Claire the hostess was very responsive to all of our inquiries and made us feel welcomed. It was everything we wished for from the location to the amenities. The heated pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time swimming. The house is like new and acceptionally spotless. Great vacation home
This was our third stay in this beautiful home. Everything was as good as we remembered, we had all we needed. The weather was amazing and we got to spend time in the pool, the outdoor area is lovely to relax in. Will be returning in the future.

Simply Amazing!
House and pool were perfect! Besides it being perfectly cleaned, there was everything needed in the house and more. Estrella is a beautiful area with so much to offer! Claire was wonderful and has amazing communication. Couldn't have asked for a better home to celebrate my parents 84th birthdays! Would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect
This visit was our second full week stay. Once again, it was wonderful. Claire was super responsive, friendly, and helpful. My wife and I find the house to be perfect for us. It is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The Estrella Mountain location is one of our favorites in the Valley – close to Phoenix, yet far enough away to be comfortably quiet. This property really feels like home to us – so much so that we intend to book another week next year.

Spring Training 2024
This is a wonderful property and Claire is a wonderful hostess. My wife and I were joined by my sister and her husband and a little later by their adult daughter. The heated pool was everyone’s favorite about the home, but the kitchen was also very nice, and the laundry room was well used as well. The master bedroom was terrific for my wife and I with the walk-in closet and large bathroom attached. The other bedrooms were fine but would have benefited from a dresser and bedside table/ lamp combination. We liked the location with it’s easy access to the Goodyear ballpark, Safeway grocery, and a few quick eateries . It was also a quick trip to the reasonably price Tres Rios golf course which is a lot more challenging and fun than it looks driving by on Estrella Parkway. Other restaurants and attractions can be accessed by driving a little further of course, and easy to do by avoiding evening rush. We all agreed this is the best home rental we’ve had around the Phoenix area in several visits.

Beautiful setting, beautiful home
Our stay at all of our expectations. The house is beautiful and the scenery around the area is spectacular. We did a great hike just five minutes away from the house. We used the pool constantly and it was a wonderful temperature. Host was responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed. Thank you very much!

peace and quiet
The house was as described. it was a great location for us. lots of things within a few miles for groceries, bites to eat, and access to freeway. we were there for a golf trip and there were plenty of places to play and they were excellent. the best course was in the neighborhood! We did not use the pool as the weather had a bit of a cold spell. The place was clean and plenty spacious for us. We used the kitchen and of course the outdoor grill. I would stay here again 100%

Beautiful Estrella property
This property is over the top fabulous. It is equipped with everything you need and it is nice and clean. There is a Safeway, McDonalds, Subway, and a pizza shop down the hill. The 2 small lakes are beautiful and we walked the path around them everyday. The owner, Claire is the icing on the cake. She is helpful and very kind. She responds to any request you might have. It's important to her that you have everything you need. Our stay was definitely a 5 star.

The home is beautiful, clean and plenty room for my family. The owners answered questions quickly. We only wished there was a fire pit in the backyard. The pool was clean and we enjoyed using it while we were there.

Excellent Accommodation and host
The accommodation was excellent. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Claire was a great host. She kept in touch and responded quickly to any questions. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The area is close to hiking and biking trails as well as community parks with tennis and pickle ball courts. All in all an excellent months stay.

This property is fabulous. It was everything we imagined and more. It's close proximity to two beautiful little lakes which allowed us to walk every day. The best part about the experience was the owner, Claire. She answered every question promptly and made sure we were settled and asked if we needed anything. The property is well stocked with everything you need. This is definitely a 5 star property!!

Great until Housekeeper accused us of damage to the property
The property was well kept and maintained. However, we had issues with the garage. It would not close at all, and stopped working for a period of hours. The host told me to wiggle the motor and that did not help. We eventually unplugged the motor for 5 hours and it started to work again. This was troublesome as we did not feel comfortable going to sleep with it open. And after the stay I received a message from Claire, the host stating that housekeeping informed her it was damage to the property and we broke house rules. I was informed that we left febreeze bottles next to the bed, accused us of smoking cigarettes and throwing a frat party.. which none of these statements were true except we did have febreeze bottles next to the beds. (Did not understand why she was upset about this) I went with my family, and my parents who are in their 60s. We were all shocked to find out what the housekeeper/host was accusing us of. We left the house very clean and As I said the house is well kept, but the accusations were horrible! If you choose to stay here record/take pictures before and after your stay so you have proof.

Exactly as listed
We were a group of 5 adults and this house was PERFECT! Check in was a breeze, and the house was exactly as listed. Plenty of extras in terms of condiments/shampoo/conditioner etc. Pool was fantastic, space was more than sufficient for 5 adults. Claire responded quickly with any inquiries and accommodated our requests without any issue (thank you Claire!!) We are planning to be back again in the new year and are already looking to book this location again.
