Great Getaway!
We were a party of 6 including our adult children and their spouses. We booked this property for the salt water pool, hot tub and the location. We were within walking distance of several mountain trails. We enjoyed our daily hikes and extended soaks in the hot tub. Art and Sandy make every effort to accommodate their guests. When we arrived they had food baskets for us, cold beverages in the refrigerator, and complimentary coffee. We cooked most of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed playing pool, foosball, mini golf and water volleyball. The surround sound made all of these activities even more enjoyable!We would book this property again. Thank you Art and Sandy!

Best VRBO experience ever!
Truly the best VRBO experience our family has ever had! Hosts were so welcoming, including Xmas decorations and gift bags for all 4 of our kids. This home had everything we needed- pool, spa, billiards, puzzles, big screen TV, fully stocked kitchen and complimentary snacks!!

Great property in a quiet residential neighborhood about a 1 block walk to extensive trail network. The back yard with pool, hot tub, fireplace and seating areas were perfect. Plenty of space inside and very well outfitted. Owners were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Amazing girls weekend!
Sandy was the perfect host to this amazing house. The house is beautiful and we all felt like we were staying at a resort. Art and Sandy made this stay an amazing one! All the items you can possibly need to make us feel like we were at home were there waiting for us when we arrived. Paradise!
Once again, Art and Sandy amazed us with their generosity, attention to detail, and care of their beautiful property! Our same group (10 gal pals over 65 years) stayed here in 2021, and it demanded a repeat visit. Nothing compares to this property - bedding, towels, dishware, cookware, host gifts, and the list goes on and on. We left only once, to go out to dinner; otherwise, our time was enjoyed at the house, the pool, and the outdoor area (Corn hole and putting green). Amazing and truly unforgettable experience! Don't miss out on the chance to stay at this impeccably maintained and hosted property!

A Dream Weekend
The property is lovely with so many amenities and lots of space. The swimming pool and spa were a big hit and clean. The managers were wonderful and very helpful. We would wholeheartedly recommend this home, and will likely stay here again.

Glendale getaway
We came to town for a family birthday and had a wonderful time. This property was very clean and well cared for. There was plenty of room for multiple families with kids and so much entertainment. The kids spent hours swimming in the pool and playing fusball and billiards. Art and Sandy couldn't have been better hosts and even had a birthday cake in the refrigerator for my grandfather. I highly recommend staying at this house.

Oh my gosh the very best house we have ever rented. We will definitely be booking again. Very clean and quiet. Great spot close to a lot of fun things to do. We used the house for a hub for our family who live close by. Very impressed with the welcome baskets and beverage stocked refrigerator. The owner/managers kept in contact with us to make sure we have everything you need.

Ladies trip 2024
The communication with Art and Sandy was phenomenal. Very responsive to questions even adding an additional day to our stay almost last minute. When we arrived Art was there to show us around and give us the information we needed. Plenty of information about local things to do on the tables. Plus, we found things on our own. Every room had everything we needed for our stay and more. Comments from our group included: “Accommodations meet all our needs and more. Location was good.” “ The bed was super amazing and I NEED one of those mattresses and pillows!” “ It was a nice slice of heaven, with everything needed to relax and forget about outside life.”

Family Vacation and Anniversary Celebration
This was one of the best VRBO stays we have had. The hosts, Art and Sandy, were great. On our arrival at the house they had several complimentary gift basket items for us which included breakfast items, snacks, cheese and crackers, sparkling wine and a cake to celebrate our anniversary. The house was great. Very clean, and I am super picky, and we loved the back yard. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. This house is well stocked with everything you would need plus a lot of extras. The beds were very comfortable and I love that they had plenty of towels to use. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We were six adults staying and there was plenty of room and activities at the house for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Art and Sandy for being such great hosts.

Fantastic Stay
This resort home is voted best ever by entire family!!! 10 stars plus. Absolutely loved salt water pool and spa. Pictures describe the home, will return. The owners left all of us gift bags…exceeded our expectations. I was nervous young grandsons would spill on pool table. The next day a pool cover was delivered. A million thanks to Art & Sandy.

Spring Training: 2 families and the in-laws
Our family travels 12 weeks on average a year and this house had everything we could want, and some. The pool and hot tub were perfect, the amenities and furnishing exceeded expectation. The bedding was soft and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood & adjacency to the trail system were ideal. We had several grab and go restaurants nearby and supermarkets. We went to three different stadiums for spring training games, I FLY (indoor skydiving), Mexican food out 1 night, Medieval Times dinner theatre, Popstrokes (tiger woods put put), and shopping at Macy's and Dillards. Regardless of the areas surrounding Phoenix, to get places due to the vastness of the metropolitan, you may need to drive 45-60 minutes, 15-20 minutes, or a solid 30-45 minutes. If you want to chill in the sun and do nothing, this house is for you. If you want to go go go, it's a great place to come back to after the RUSH of an outing. We played Yahtzee, foos ball, a few hands of cards, lots of talking, streamed a basketball game, and played several hours of the arcade game. The hosts provided an incredible arrangement of breakfast items, snacks, and surprises for our kiddos. What a treat!!! The master room with two twin beds was amazing. We love to have our kids near us in an unfamiliar place and the master was ginormous. The kiddos had a ton of space and so did we! My MIL and FIL shared the central room, SIL's family used the other 3 rooms. The week was Perfect. Thank you

Morning hikes just a block away, relaxation days by the pool enjoying the wonderful outdoor space, and close proximity to spring training baseball! House is setup to allow multiple entertainment spaces. Loved our time and hope to be back again!

Golf and spring training vacation
The owners, Art and Sandy went above and beyond expectations. This house is so comfortable, and has everything you need. 9 guys 65+ years old played golf 4 days and went to a Royals game. Would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Arizona
Sandy and Art have an amazing home thay we were fortunate to stay in. It is very obvious that they care about their guests and want their stay to be enjoyable. Great Family House
We loved this house!!! We stayed with 5 adults and 6 kids age 8mo-7 years and everyone had the best time and plenty of room to spread out. This house is huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. We paid to have the pool heated and the kids swam for hours each day even when the air temp was in the 50’s. We also were lucky enough to have it be orange season and had the kids pick fresh oranges daily for our breakfast from the yard’s tree; definitely a novelty for Michigan kids. We took advantage of the location too; hiking the trials just a 5 minute walk from the house as well as found a great public playground less then 10 minutes away. The hosts are awesome too, the wife Sandy made personalized age-specific gifts for all the kids so it literally sounded like Christmas morning as the kids all found their beds with their gift bags to open. She was also so sweet setting out toys in the living room, pack and plays, and even taped a play-mat down for the 8mo to use to crawl around on. The house was ready for us to have fun the minute we stepped in. We all left feeling like we had a great time, and would stay again just for longer next time. Thank you again Art and Sandy your heart is definitely felt in your hosting!
