Art & Sandy were great host and made our stay memorable. Our whole family loved the space and pool/patio very much. It was better than what the pictures show. It was so relaxing we did not want to go any where but pool side. We hope to return in the future.

Ladies trip 2024
The communication with Art and Sandy was phenomenal. Very responsive to questions even adding an additional day to our stay almost last minute. When we arrived Art was there to show us around and give us the information we needed. Plenty of information about local things to do on the tables. Plus, we found things on our own. Every room had everything we needed for our stay and more. Comments from our group included: “Accommodations meet all our needs and more. Location was good.” “ The bed was super amazing and I NEED one of those mattresses and pillows!” “ It was a nice slice of heaven, with everything needed to relax and forget about outside life.”

Family Vacation and Anniversary Celebration
This was one of the best VRBO stays we have had. The hosts, Art and Sandy, were great. On our arrival at the house they had several complimentary gift basket items for us which included breakfast items, snacks, cheese and crackers, sparkling wine and a cake to celebrate our anniversary. The house was great. Very clean, and I am super picky, and we loved the back yard. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. This house is well stocked with everything you would need plus a lot of extras. The beds were very comfortable and I love that they had plenty of towels to use. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We were six adults staying and there was plenty of room and activities at the house for everyone. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Art and Sandy for being such great hosts.

Fantastic Stay
This resort home is voted best ever by entire family!!! 10 stars plus. Absolutely loved salt water pool and spa. Pictures describe the home, will return. The owners left all of us gift bags…exceeded our expectations. I was nervous young grandsons would spill on pool table. The next day a pool cover was delivered. A million thanks to Art & Sandy.

Spring Training: 2 families and the in-laws
Our family travels 12 weeks on average a year and this house had everything we could want, and some. The pool and hot tub were perfect, the amenities and furnishing exceeded expectation. The bedding was soft and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood & adjacency to the trail system were ideal. We had several grab and go restaurants nearby and supermarkets. We went to three different stadiums for spring training games, I FLY (indoor skydiving), Mexican food out 1 night, Medieval Times dinner theatre, Popstrokes (tiger woods put put), and shopping at Macy's and Dillards. Regardless of the areas surrounding Phoenix, to get places due to the vastness of the metropolitan, you may need to drive 45-60 minutes, 15-20 minutes, or a solid 30-45 minutes. If you want to chill in the sun and do nothing, this house is for you. If you want to go go go, it's a great place to come back to after the RUSH of an outing. We played Yahtzee, foos ball, a few hands of cards, lots of talking, streamed a basketball game, and played several hours of the arcade game. The hosts provided an incredible arrangement of breakfast items, snacks, and surprises for our kiddos. What a treat!!! The master room with two twin beds was amazing. We love to have our kids near us in an unfamiliar place and the master was ginormous. The kiddos had a ton of space and so did we! My MIL and FIL shared the central room, SIL's family used the other 3 rooms. The week was Perfect. Thank you

Spring Training Family & Friends Trip
Morning hikes just a block away, relaxation days by the pool enjoying the wonderful outdoor space, and close proximity to spring training baseball! House is setup to allow multiple entertainment spaces. Loved our time and hope to be back again!

The owners, Art and Sandy went above and beyond expectations. This house is so comfortable, and has everything you need. 9 guys 65+ years old played golf 4 days and went to a Royals game. Would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Arizona
Sandy and Art have an amazing home thay we were fortunate to stay in. It is very obvious that they care about their guests and want their stay to be enjoyable. Great Family House
We loved this house!!! We stayed with 5 adults and 6 kids age 8mo-7 years and everyone had the best time and plenty of room to spread out. This house is huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. We paid to have the pool heated and the kids swam for hours each day even when the air temp was in the 50’s. We also were lucky enough to have it be orange season and had the kids pick fresh oranges daily for our breakfast from the yard’s tree; definitely a novelty for Michigan kids. We took advantage of the location too; hiking the trials just a 5 minute walk from the house as well as found a great public playground less then 10 minutes away. The hosts are awesome too, the wife Sandy made personalized age-specific gifts for all the kids so it literally sounded like Christmas morning as the kids all found their beds with their gift bags to open. She was also so sweet setting out toys in the living room, pack and plays, and even taped a play-mat down for the 8mo to use to crawl around on. The house was ready for us to have fun the minute we stepped in. We all left feeling like we had a great time, and would stay again just for longer next time. Thank you again Art and Sandy your heart is definitely felt in your hosting!

Fantastic relaxing time!
Can’t say enough about this property and owners, Art and Sandy! Art was welcoming and took the time to come over and show us all the features of the home. Sandy made sure that no detail was overlooked. Upon arrival, we had cold water (still and sparkling) in the fridge, snacks for the afternoon and even coffee and breakfast for the morning. Every room had a fluffy set of towels and a hospitality toiletry kit for each person. Very comfy beds too. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, and more. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated and it was perfect for our January visit. The house is walking distance to hiking trails, close to shopping and restaurants. My two teenage boys and their friends (who are local) were all impressed as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfection down to the details

Paradise in the Desert
This was our second year in a row staying in this amazing house. We had 7 guys for our annual golf trip and there is plenty of room for everyone. Art is an amazing host and left us a treasure trove of food and snacks. The location is great and the house has so many amenities. The house is super clean and in immaculate shape. The backyard is the best with the pool, hot tub, and putting green. Thank you for hosting us again Art. We absolutely love your place!

Can I give this more than 5 stars?
There were 10 of us celebrating several 50th birthdays. The house was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. Outside we had our own private oasis. The pool area felt like a spa. Our hosts Art and Sandy, their hospitality was unparalleled. They took the time to show us how to use everything when we checked in and were available to answer questions anytime after. We have been going away together for 20+ years and this was by far the best house we have ever stayed in. I cant recommend this property more!! You will be delighted!!

Wonderful home!
Three couples have met in the Phoenix area and stayed at 7-8 different VRBO houses over the last dozen years. The overall experience at Art and Sandy's place was outstanding, maybe the best we've had. The house is beautiful, extremely well equipped with everything we needed and then some! The backyard had so much to offer - great pool and spa (that was easy to operate - not always the case in our past experience), lots of comfortable lounge chairs and pool floats (that were inflated!), different seating areas to spread out in, fun putting green, TV, grill, etc. Maybe the best feature, as others have mentioned, was all the special treats they provided upon move-in - lots of snacks, drinks, breakfast food, which we have never had before. It was so nice that we didn't have to go grocery shopping immediately the day we arrived. The instructions they left about how to get to the house and how everything worked in the house were the clearest and most complete we've seen - it made everything very easy. And they were very accessible (by phone and in person) for any questions we had. We had a great stay and will certainly plan on coming back. Thanks, Art and Sandy.

Awesome Stay
We stayed here with 11 adults and 1 baby. The house had everything we ever needed. We didn't ever feel crowded and the hosts were really awesome. They made sure we felt at home and were comfortable. They even gave us welcome gifts and had everything we needed for the baby as well. We loved playing volleyball in the pool and when it was quiet time, we enjoyed playing pool, foosball and Pac-Man. I would definitely stay here again!!

Better than the beach
This house is amazing!! Art and Sandy make the stay outstanding. The fridge was stocked with drinks and a few groceries. We didn’t have to run to the store right away. The pool is wonderful! There is shopping close by, top golf, tons of restaurants. Very good location and a quiet neighborhood. This is our go to place for a long weekend in Glendale.
