Fun Getaway
Coming from Alaska this was a fun, warm getaway. The location is wonderful, neighborhood quiet and laid back, pool warm, house was clean and there was plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend staying here. I will be returning!

Great Retreat
My family stayed here for a wedding and we were very happy with our stay. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! The kitchen is very well stocked. Being from the Midwest, the gas stove was definitely a plus for us. The large sink and dishwasher are great options too. The living room is quite nice but the couch needs a little bit of TLC as it is well used. The laundry room is very nice. The washer and dryer are both of larger capacity so families can do laundry quickly. The bedrooms upstairs are very nice and comfortable. Though one thing to point out was that the bedroom next to the bathroom was a vent that allowed the occupants of that bedroom to hear everything, and I mean everything, that another person was doing in the bathroom and vice versa. To us that is very minor. The master bedroom is wonderful but had a broken window that we found after being in the property for a few days. When we reported it we were told that they were aware and in the process of getting it fixed. We were happy with the Rental management for this interaction. They were very prompt and professional. The bathrooms are well maintained and stocked with blow dryers and straighteners for anyone needing them. The pool and back yard are perfect for our family. Also the pool table, foosball and Shuffleboard table were excellent additional features. My son and husband loved them!

Fun for the whole family
Our family had a great time here. The house was perfect to beat the AZ heat. The pool was clean and refreshing, even in the hottest part of July. We were attracted to this spot because of its safety around the pool, as we have small children. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, foseball & table shuffleboard. Having a TV in every room allowed the adults to hang out downstairs & our teens & smaller children some alone time. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, great for grilling! There was a grocery store just around the block & the neighborhood was quiet. We were particularly impressed with the rental company's fast communication and quick response/action to any questions we had. They called us on Day 2 to ask how the liked the property. We loved our stay!

Everything at this property was fantastic! It was an amazing value for the price we paid, only a little more than the tiny studio/casita we were originally going to rent. It is nicely decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the fridge is very large. The washer and dryer were nice to have as well. We loved the pool table and the heated pool. The hot tub was a wonderful surprise. All of the communication with the property management team was professional, prompt and courteous, and check-in could not have been any easier. It is a great house for families or couples, with lots to do at the property itself and nearby. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable. A few tips that may be a matter of taste for some visitors. For anyone who is older or has any physical issues, the stairs are fairly steep (but safe, with carpeting and a solid railing). This is in no way a criticism of the property as the listing and photos showed these stairs and we knew to expect them - it's just an FYI for anyone who may have physical difficulties. There is safety fencing but several golf balls still landed in the pool and back yard from the course behind the house. The location is near Falcon Field and there are small planes flying over the house frequently during the daytime. We enjoyed them, but just an FYI if you don't like planes. Highest recommendation! We loved it and would definitely stay there again.

House is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Located close enough to the 202 it was easy getting around. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our week of stay. The rental company checked in to make sure everything was good and even upped the temp in the pool for us as it was a cool week.

Fell in love with the property the moment we arrived, large and spacious home with everything and more you could ask for. Pool was a god send in the hot sun. Very quiet neighborhood and great for all road connections. If we visit AZ again, it will be at this property.

Property and all the amenities in this house are great. If you are a golfer you can pick up a lot of golf balls from the course out back. must have been 50 in the back yard. Pool is nice, but it was too hot during our stay to use it average daytime temp was 112+. Hope to be able to use it again next year if we return for the World tournament in Phoenix

Excellent house, ton of entertainment, everything needed and above was provided
Everything in this house was top notch, all necessities and above were provided. Lots of entertainment including pool table and all games in the living room, plus puzzles, cards and board games. Excellent layout of the house, so open and welcoming. The management team is super responsive. While we didn't need anything extra, they made sure to check in with us if they can do more. House located in quiet neighborhood, everything is close by. This was one of the best places we stayed at. Excellent, just excellent!
