Pictures didn’t match the unit
We rented this unit based on a picture of a balcony that overlooked a street. When I arrived the unit was ground floor and inside a courtyard. The property manager was very nice when I called him. I think the photos were posted by accident as they manage a lot of units. They immediately changed the photos on the website. I booked for 21 days and only stayed two. It was so claustrophobic and no privacy that I had to leave. They would not refund me even partially. I was willing to take half back for the incorrect photos and they would not even do that. We were very unhappy with the unit. It was sooooo dark, no sun, which is why people go to Scottsdale. The property manger was attentive and answered calls, but that was the only good thing.
