Peaceful neighborhood
Stellar condition, and well appointed with everything we needed to cook, relax, enjoy our weekend, everything well-marked, spacious, and beautiful view, lovely walks through the neighborhood, and convenient to Hikes, Restaurants and shopping in Cave Creek/Carefree. Loved it! Felt like we were in Architecture Digest.

My husband and I loved this home. We enjoyed the quiet, decor, and views, Attention to detail is the best thing about this home. Kitchen cabinets are labeled for ease, plenty of reading material, games if traveling with a child. We plan to rent again

Wonderful Casita!
My son and I were in Arizona for some R&R, and we stayed at the Carefree Casita. Wow! The place was immaculately clean, very spacious and comfortable, and it was the most well-appointed rental home I’ve ever experienced. It had great kitchen supplies, extra phone chargers, batteries, umbrellas, baby paraphernalia, plenty of extra linens, and all of the drawers and cabinets were labeled. The neighborhood was lovely and safe, and the homeowner/manager was in constant communication for our every need. We were able to park in the garage (cleanest garage I’ve ever seen), which was a bonus. The house is near lots of cute shopping areas with good restaurants, and there were some great hiking trails nearby. We also took advantage of the Civana Spa (about a mile away). Awesome trip. Thank you so much for a relaxing and flawless stay!!❤️

What a beautiful modern property! Extremely maintained and organized! High end appliances and furniture. There is everything you need and then some. So close to restaurants and shopping.. Yet very quiet private and dark! Thanks to Michelle and Kris you were great hosts!! Would defiantly come back or their larger property next door.

Lovely place to stay
Everything was perfect. Lots of cycling, and great proximity to downtown Carefree and Cavecreek and amenities. The home was ideal with everything well thought out. Our stay was very enjoyable and I highly recommend this home. Kris and Michelle are amazing hosts and always available. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely fabulous place! The location is close to many restaurants, hiking, golf courses, and breath-taking scenery! The house is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are so comfortable also! The owners thought of all the details, plus many extras. We would highly recommend this location!

My husband and I are both AZ natives but currently live in Mn. We came back to AZ to get married and we’re so lucky to find this casita to rent! When I say it’s just as good as the photos if not better, I MEAN IT! Every detail did not go unnoticed! The owners were great to work with, the house is full of everything you could possibly need, the beds are so so comfy and the views out of all the windows are breathtaking!!! It is also so close to so many great restaurants and bars!

Cozy & well appointed
Views on the property are stunning. Plan on enjoying plenty of mule deer in the yard at dusk! Fresh and new. Plenty of room to spread out. Brand new Serta Sleeper mattresses are very comfortable, robes provided and lots of towels. Bathroom and master closet are quite spacious… just note anyone staying has to enter the bathroom through the master bedroom, which wasn’t a big deal for us. Great property all around!! We will definitely stay here again!
