Loved it and will be back
We arrived late and had a wonderful basket of treats and snacks and coffee and tea which was great!! Condo was supplied with everything we needed. Loved all the extras !!! We really didn’t need to pick up anything except extra coffee (just a note there was no washcloth or dish towel that we could find, I’m sure there usually is one). We were close to restaurants and to Old Town Scottsdale. Our favorites in Old Town are The Breakfast Club, Berdena’s, Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers. Also, close to the Condo (We walked) was Roaring Fork. Great chicken wings, burger and Frozen Huckelberry Margaritas!! Great hikes close by!! We will be back soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Need a key for the pools to get in and out.

Absolutely stellar!
This was by far the best of our 5 week-long stays in Scottsdale over the last couple of years. Location, amenities and host responsiveness were all amazingly top notch. Specially enjoyed the little open area behind condo for peaceful late afternoon/ evening watching bunnies and sunset. Don't understand how the confusing single rating of 1 star for this property could pass the VRBO vetting process. Very minor comment on some thudding noises from apartment above the condo which might impact very light sleepers, but rest of stay was so extraordinarily good that this listing and host must get 5 stars!!

Cozy Scottsdale Condo
We stayed five nights for some golf and Spring Training games. Location was great; very close to shopping and restaurants. The condo was cozy and well appointed; perfect for two. Bathroom is a bit tight but overall, the property was comfortable and met our needs. Would stay again.

Ideal Fashion Mall Location
It’s a short walk from the Fashion Mall and excellent Hawkins theater. You can also safely walk through Nordstroms and go across the water canal to Scottsdale Old Towne shopping and restaurants. The better restaurants are all in that same area by the canal. You really don’t need a car. Uber and Lyft rides were $20-$30 to Mayo, museums, outlet mall locations, and the PHX airport. We were able to order groceries online from Whole Foods and essentials from Amazon, which quickly delivered all our needs. It’s relatively quiet area. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Nicely appointed and decorated condo in great location.
We enjoyed our stay at the condo which was in a perfect location close to great restaurants and shopping as well as easy quick access to golfing. The bed was super comfy! The lit Christmas tree and goodie basket on our arrival was a nice touch. Debbie responded to our questions right away. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home base in Scottsdale
We stayed here for four days while attending a family wedding. It was a very comfortable unit and the bed was so comfy. I was almost sad to leave because of the comfy bed. We had family staying in another unit so that worked out great. Loved the little snack basket left for us. It was a great little home and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Scottsdale.

We love this place! The condo was super clean, had everything we could need and has an excellent bed that was so comfortable we slept like babies! The snack basket was such a treat too. Along with the new shower poofs provided for each of us. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

2022 Spring Break
The property is as advertised and more. Well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Patio was great for morning coffee in the sun while listening to the birds chirping. Steps to the barbeque. A few more steps to the pool. Very convenient location. Owner supplied generous amounts of sundries so we did not have to purchase; garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels etc. Most other rentals only supply one or none of each. Welcome basket of snacks was appreciated. Owner answered all inquiries quickly and was communicative when necessary. Would not hesitate to book again.

First-class experience!!
This is a first-rate condo and I enjoyed my stay immensely. The condo is beautifully redecorated and has everything I needed to feel at home. High quality sheets, towels, kitchenware, etc. Great location. And the host, Debbie, is wonderful! Easy to deal with and quickly responsive to any questions. I wilsh I could have stayed longer!!

GREAT location, GREAT amenities!
Great location with walking literally across the street to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Old Town is also very walkable. Very clean, quiet and comfortable unit. Kitchen was well stocked. Even had snacks provided as a welcome! Would definitely stay again.
