Great House for a Family Stay
Very nice house, clean and comfortable. Bigger than the pictures look. Very well equipped. Has everything you need. The BBQ takes charcoal brickets, which are really tough to use. The only negative we found. TV in the bedrooms would have been nice too. Otherwise a great place.

This was a wonderful experience. We were very happy with the house. Just a few recommendations - TVs in the bedrooms and either a new coffee maker, or clean the existing one. The rugs were slippery on the floors at times and I'd be worried about falls. Maybe securing the rugs better would be helpful. Other than that, it was a great stay!

When we moved in the house had some issues. The owner was pleasant, eager to fix any problems, and accessible. Evolve was wonderful. The house problem was not the owners fault and she quickly refunded our money so she could fix the problem. Sometimes unforeseen things just happen.

New Years and new grand baby
We stayed at this house because it was close to our youngest daughters house, who had a new baby in Dec. the house was well equipped and fairly clean. There were hairs on the sheets in 2 of the bedrooms. And some weird mossy strings hangin from the living room ceiling. A little confusing with plugging in and out the dishwasher and disposal. Other than those items, the house was very accommodating. It was walking distance to our daughters house in the adjoining neighborhood. We would stay here again if needed.

60th Celebration!
We had everything we needed at his comfortable updated home in Mesa. Our family of 5 had so much fun being together in one spot, playing games on the patio and enjoying a hike at nearby Wind Cave in Usery Mountain Park. We had prompt responses when we had questions and check-in and out was simple!

Great home in a convenient location to fun family activities!
The home was nice and clean. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The property owner was very responsive to our requests. I highly recommend this home if you are visiting the Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale area!

Home review
We’ve rented from VRBO in Mesa area for six years. This experience was painful. We had to go outside to reset electrical breaker at least twice a day. Can’t use microwave and stove at the same time. Freezer doesn’t make cubes, but the fridge froze most all of our food. No TV service, but connection to Netflix sort of worked but TV automatically shut down about every hour. Barbecue was charcoal only, with no charcoal on site. Vacuum cleaner did not work. Garage opener failed twice. Kitchen cupboards were very old and not well supplied. Paid top dollar for an inferior house.

Nice home, very open. Love the minimalist decor. Makes it look clean and organized. Everything was labeled in the kitchen if you are looking to cook cook you may need a few more items but the basics are there. Would revisit if back in the area.

Our family of 6 stayed at this property during the Coronavirus epidemic; we had our daughter's wedding during this weekend and after weeks of stressful cancellation and changes, it was a relief to stay in a house that had plenty of room and was a peaceful

Location location...
This property had everything that we needed to grill, to have fires in the fire pot and 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 roomy baths. The location would have been ideal to go to Spring Training games but this year it was not meant to be. I would recommend this house for a very pleasant stay!

House has been updated recently, and was very comfy; really nice to not worry about keys, it was a digital combo lock. Nice area to stay in, and nice back yard to sit out and enjoy the weather. It was warm enough we didn't use the fire pit, but that would have been a cozy end to an evening! Very nice comfortable furnishings, nicely appointed rooms, and bathrooms were complete with hair dryers and body wash! One caveat: for persons with disabilities, the bathrooms and closets are only accessible if you are ambulatory. Door openings are too small to accommodate even the narrowest of wheelchairs. No roll-in shower, but other than that, wheelchair accessible. Recommend staying in this lovely home!
