The house is easy to get to from the airport. It's close to grocery stores, shopping, casinos, and restaurants. Sun Lakes is a nice community with a beautiful golf course which you can see while enjoying your coffee or wine on the nicely furnished patio. There's a pond on the course that attracts geese and herons and watching them swim and fish is very relaxing. When I arrived at the house, there was "Welcome, Kat!" written on the sidewalk waiting for me. What a was a nice surprise! The house is very homey. The decor is pretty and the kitchen is well appointed. The rooms are a great size and there's loads of storage for whatever you bring. This house was very clean, which I don't always find. The owner was accommodating, pleasant and easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood
This is, by far, the best rental I’ve stayed at during my time in AZ. The location is right on the golf course. The landscaping is one of the nicest in all of Sun Lakes. It’s been a relaxing place, the host is very responsive and made the whole process easy. I’m a pretty experienced traveler. This is one of my favorite places to stay. Felt like a home.

Nice, but could be better
Reservation process was smooth and easy. Communications were good. Check-in simple. Overall, the house was nice inside and out. However, we found the beds to be very uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. Amenities such as extra garbage bags, TP, paper towels, etc. were slim to none. Although the kitchen had a huge amount of storage, it was stocked with just basic necessities, could have been better. The living space seating was kind of odd. Some of the chairs were not that comfortable, and it could have used a recliner or two for real relaxation. Outside furniture was also pretty basic. We have stayed at numerous VRBO's over the past several years, and for the price paid at this particular VRBO, we feel it could have been better equipped.

We’ll taken care of home…..beautifully landscaped. Interior is very clean. Beds were extra firm so we purchased a foam pad to help soften. Back patio is so enjoyable and we took advantage of the orange trees!!

Relaxing stay!
Very nice relaxing stay in Sun Lakes. It was very easy to golf at Sun Lakes as well as surrounding courses. Loved the outdoor patio. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Host was very accommodating which made our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended
I needed some overflow space when friends came to visit and "Fairway House", as I called it, fit the bill perfectly. Very comfortable, well-decorated, beautiful patio with a view of the golf course. Use of the four-seater golf cart let us avoid having to rent a car to get around in Sun Lakes. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home right on the golf course!
Nicely decorated home facing west for spectacular sunsets. Kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. Nice location; close to the Sun Lakes clubhouse and Mulligan's. Heidi was very easy to work with and always responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortable, nicely appointed golf course home
Sun Lakes is a beautiful, friendly community with lots of things to do. This house was ideally situated and very comfortable, well stocked, beautifully decorated and had a nice outdoor area. It was fun to watch the golfers from the back patio and enjoy fresh squeezed orange juice each morning from the orange trees in the yard. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
