Thanksgiving family reunion
We had a family thanksgiving event here. Very well equipped...all the cookware we needed was there. Everyone loved the outdoor space. Jessica was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Simply the Best
This property is one of the best rentals I have stayed in throughout the country. It had everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation, along with kitchen related or paper goods items. It was very spacious and allowed for different personalities to feel comfortable. It is close to many restaurants, bars, or stores, and even the highways to visit other cities in AZ. I would want to stay here again, thank you!!

Great house and location for Gilbert
This back yard is amazing, the kitchen and living room area very spacious for hanging out. We were attending a wedding in Gilbert, the location was perfect. This is an older home, but they have updated it to make it feel and look much newer. If ever needed we would definitely book this house again.

Wonderful Property
We had a great stay! There were 4 couples and 1 adult child. The house worked for us perfectly!! The weather was unexpectedly hot during our stay but we survived because of the wonderful pool and great air conditioning! House was centrally located to several of the areas we needed to go for a wedding we were visiting for. House was well stocked for 11 people and we will definitely look at returning when we are in the Phoenix area again!

Wedding Weekend
This property was beautiful, clean, and offered exactly what we needed. While the adults worked on wedding things, our teenagers enjoyed the pool and outdoor games. The whole time was a joy. It was also so easy to get in contact with the property manager whenever we had questions. We would definitely recommend this property to other families

Comfort and Peaceful
Property was open spacious and beautiful. All rooms were put together beautifully. Bathrooms were perfect size and utilize for our big group. Pool was perfect size with a beautiful water features. It was so hot that we didn’t get to use a lot of the outdoor space. Only issue we had with the house was the placement of the thermostat. Back of the house and bedrooms stayed a cool 73 but the living room and kitchen reached temps of over 79+ especially when it was 115 outside.

Just as described
The welcome gift was amazing as well as the communication. I initially thought with the central air being set at 75, would make it hot, but some family members were quite cold. It was the perfect setting. The bedroom with the double twin bed, for some reason with the listing picture (standard computer photo) I felt like it could sleep 3 people, but only 2. Everyone loved the house and all of the amenities. We would definitely come back and book again!

Spectacular vacation home!
The home was such a perfect fit for our family get together. The backyard is an oasis in paradise. The lush vegetation and calming water features create a relaxing place to visit or swim. The leveled ledges are perfect for all ages. Our 20 month old grandson had the time of his life playing in the shallow water. The young adults loved the deeper end of the pool. Along with the gorgeous pool area, the patio has two barbecues next to a cabana like area which is perfect for enjoying a meal outdoors. A pool table, foos ball game, and ping pong round out the activities on the patio. There is a large grassy area, perfect for playing games with kids and adults. Make sure you check the garage area for more games and pool toys. All doors leading to the pool area are secured with multiple locks, keeping the little ones safely away from the pool. The house was immaculate and well organized with plenty of sizedstorage and closet space. The kitchen is immense. The bedrooms and bathrooms went beyond the listing’s description. We had more than enough space to allow everyone to sleep comfortably. A huge plus was the available high chair, pack and play, and children’s cups. Jessica was great with communication before and during our stay. It was truly a pleasure to stay in her lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. within a mile or less making feeding our family very convenient.

Adult Family Vacation
July 2024 family vacation with ages ranging from 18-47yrs old. The house was in a safe and quiet area. It was easy to arrange online and access day of was quick. Great parking too! House is huge with great open spaces. I was super impressed with the supplies. We didn't have to get anything... this was SOOO nice. (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc...we had a family of 6 and we had plenty in just their starter pack.) This really stood out to me as we've rented several VRBOs and this one topped the our list! They even provided real pool towels that were of great quality. Our only downside was the air conditioning on the west end of the house...but it was crazy hot outside. We used all the fans provided in the house to keep air moving on that end of the space. We also pulled the big curtains to block out out heat. (The rooms are on the opposite end of the house and they were properly cooled and very comfortable.) One improvement for the owners could be leaving a medium sized cooler for families packing water for nearby hikes and working on the ice machine in the fridge.

This is the one!!
We loved everything about this home, from all the amenities to how comfortable the beds were. Upon arrival, it was immaculate, cool, and well-stocked. The location was perfect. Everything from good restaurants, shopping, activities and even hiking trails were all within a few miles. Highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Great place for a family retreat
We loved this place. Lost of room for six adults and an infant. Enjoyed all the outdoor living space this place provides. Quiet area, far enough off the main streets but easy to get around. Only thing I would add is an outdoor fridge. Our group tends to need a lot of cold drinks lol .

Perfect Property for Playing!!!
We booked this property so that we could stay with our three siblings, their spouses, and a niece, nephew, and their 2 boys as we were gathering in Gilbert for our Mom's 90th birthday celebration! The layout of this house was PERFECT for our 5 families and the backyard oasis, was truly that! In fact we spent quite a bit of time relaxing and catching up with each other in the pool, hot tub, and around the fire pit. One evening, we grilled out, and everything worked as advertised! We will definitely book this property again, should our families reconvene in the area! Extra shout-out to Jessica, the property manager, for her prompt and helpful communications both before and during our stay! Thank you again!!!

Peaceful Paradise
The name of the property fit perfectly!! The house was in a quiet neighborhood close enough to downtown Gilbert we could be there for a nice dinner in ten minutes. The outside area was a wonderful oasis for my entire family to enjoy!! The pool, hot tub, pool table, cornhole bags game, ping pong were all put to use. Both adults and children had a wonderful time.
