Beautiful Home Overshadowed by Rats
While the property itself was undeniably beautiful, our stay was unfortunately overshadowed by cleanliness issues that couldn’t be overlooked. Upon arrival, we were impressed by the home's aesthetic and the serene surroundings. However, we quickly discovered a rat in the grill, clearly due to a lack of cleaning over a substantial period of time. Throughout our stay, we also noticed other rats, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the property that we spent our money on. Since guests are expected to clean the grill themselves without any enforcement policy in place, it is critical that the grill is thoroughly inspected and cleaned after each guest's stay by management. Clearly, this was not done.Under normal circumstances, it’s likely this property manager performs adequately. However, leading up to and during our stay, when issues arose, he appeared stressed, rushed, and condescending in his communication. As a representative of the property owners, his handling of the situation fell far below expectations.It’s clear that this home has potential to be a perfect getaway, but attention to cleanliness and pest control is absolutely necessary. We hope the owners address these issues so future guests can have the experience they deserve.

Great house for teens
We had a couple of families staying together for a baseball tournament, but given we were in Phoenix in July, we wanted a house with a pool and stuff to do inside. This house fit the bill! The kitchen was also great for all of the cooking we had to do for the hungry kiddos, and the house is centrally located and close to the 101.

Mini Vacation
We had an incredible 4 day-3 night stay at this location! It is very well maintained, and there isn’t anything they didn’t think of! Our teens had a blast with the pool and all its amenities! The outdoor mini golf and ping pong were a big hit! Inside, was immaculate! The housekeeping staff did an impeccable job! The neighborhood is peaceful, and quiet. The rooms were very comfy and made for a wonderful nights rest! We cant wait to book again, and will definitely be recommending this house to friends and family! The owner takes great pride in maintaining this home, and it shows! It’s perfect for any family! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay. House had enough beds for everyone and was extremely close to State Farm arena and shops. Black yard was to die for with pool, jacuzzi, Cornhole, and a putting green. I would stay at this location again.

Enjoyable experience
Everything was as expected. Plenty of room for all guest. There are a few things that I would suggest fixing. - large home with multiple guest, should have plenty of pots/pans for cooking. It is a convection range top, so not just any skillet will work. - All pool stick tips are broken, accept for one. --The flooring in the kitchen is warped and should be replaced Overall,we could not be happier with our stay and communication recieved from our host, Elvis. I definitely recommend this property.

Exactly what was needed for a baseball week
5 families stayed with a total of 12. Property was plenty large enough and very comfortable. Checkin process with Elvis was simple and easy. We found the property impeccably clean. All TVs worked and directions to work electronics, appliances, bbq, etc were everywhere and clear. Bonus was the two sets of washers and dryers and having plates, cups and silverware for 24 - we never ran short and didn’t need to purchase anything extra. Cannot recommend this property and location if you are staying the week with a group for local sport’s tournaments.

We had a great time
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house has a nice large kitchen and plenty of games. The pool is lovely and the yard gives you lots of things to do. Couple of things to note. There is one en suite in the master. The other two bedrooms described as en suite are in fact, two bedrooms and a jack and Jill bathroom. And one of the downstairs bedrooms does not have a window. Check out his 9 AM which is a little tough. If you want a late check out its rather expensive. No pool towels so we purchased our own same goes for bbq tools. The cleaning fee is also rather expensive. And although you pay a cleaning fee, if you don’t wash and try to put away all the dishes you are charged an additional fee. You’re also asked to start a load of wash. Just things to note. Otherwise, my family had a fabulous time!

Great Location
Located in a nice area, easy access to everything. Our only issue was the Doves have made nest under the solar panels so every morning the pool, patio and yard was full of their droppings and feathers. They do not scare away even with all the family playing outside.

This property is very nice, lots to entertain-pool, jacuzzi, swinging chairs, ping pong table, putting green, fuzzball, pool table, pinball games. There are TVs in essentially every room. Large kitchen but the extra large island is the only "table" other than outside - it became our centre of gathering and not enough chairs since we had between 9-13 people during the weekend. Challenges were no instructions for working the "induction" stove top, we had to Google it. The stove also made a noise which became louder as you raise the heat. Also limiting on what cookware could be used-one of us brought our favourite "bacon" pan and couldn't use it because not compatible with the stove. The only shade for the pool is opening and pulling the umbrellas close to the pool, minimal coverage. The owner was quick to reply to most questions we had during our stay. Important to note that two fo the bedrooms are downstairs, which was a perk for us sinceI have bad knees and saved me hiking up and down the stairs all weekend-there is a two-step up and down from pool room/bedrooms to kitchen and living room level but it was doable.

Amazing property & host
I booked this beautiful river ranch property on behalf of two high-profile clients and they absolutely loved this place. Literally no complaints, they said the property looked even better in person. Elvis was a very accommodating and gracious host, allowing them to check in early and check out late. He was so easy to work with and his communication was quick and friendly. I would definitely highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed.
