Perfect Place To Stay
Loved everything about it. Fully furnished. Wouldn't need to bring anything as everything was there already. Grill was a nice addition so we didn't eat out all the time. Great location. The pool was a favorite with the kids as we spent hours in it. They especially loved the slide. Fun watching the fighter jets fly over while laying in the pool. Lots of room in the house with lots of tv's. Many bathrooms. Close to lots of shopping and places to eat. Didn't do any golfing or baseball games but would be a perfectly spot to stay if you were in Surprise for these reasons. Great communication with property manager. Would high recommend this location and look to come back her sometime in the future.

Graduation stay
We had us and two other family couples come to Surpirse for a graduation. This was a great house with several gathering rooms and a wonderful pool outside. Couldn't have been better, would highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway in the sun
The house was even better in person! The pool was amazing and the house had ample amount of room for everyone to be comfortable. It had everything we could have possibly needed. The slide on the pool kept everyone entertained the whole time! Super clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of nice sidewalks to go for a run or walk too. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Great vacation house!
We loved our time at this home…it was exactly what we needed for a vacation with grandparents, parents and young kids. Heated pool and slide were a big hit. All the beds were comfortable and enough space for everyone! The home was well stocked with everything we needed…great week, we’d stay here again. I definitely recommend.

WOW does not describe the feeling my wife and I had from the time we entered the house. This house was SO much more than we had expected, and it is truly beautiful inside, and the backyard was totally amazing!!! Surprise, AZ. Good Location. Nice property
The home has spacious living quarters. There are two TV/Family Rooms. One is open to the Kitchen, and that is where we hung out most of the time. The home was clean and ready early for us! I travelled to see my daughter, and her family of 4 wound up staying a couple of the nights I was there. The four bedrooms made this really easy. The home is well maintained. The heated pool is nice. I would book here again when travelling to AZ.

Great place
We enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the front door was tricky to open. Patrick was very helpful but hopefully they resolve issue before next guests arrive. House had plenty of room and we loved the pool. Plenty of condiments in fridge so that’s always helpful. Thank you. Memories were made and our kiddos loved the pool the most— grotto and slide included!! Definitely a hit on our vacay!
