Excellent stay!

The home and outdoor space was perfect for our family getaway. We loved cooking & baking with the kids, using fresh lemons from the yard and swimming all day! Thank you! The description explains the place well & no surprises! It was worth paying the heating fee so adults enjoyed the pool as much as the kids :)

Great House for Mancation 2025!

11 college buddies take an annual mancation somewhere each winter for a long weekend. This year we enjoyed the greater Phoenix area. The house was wonderfully appointed, extremely spacious and outdoor living space perfect! Book w/confidence!!!!!

Girl Friends Get Away

I have stayed at this property before and will stay again. This time was for a great girlfriends get away. It has everything you need so you do not have to leave. Jessica is awesome and very helpful from the time you look to book throughout your time at the home. It is beautiful and the pictures are true. Pool and hot tub, ping pong, pool table, and all make it a great place for relaxing whether with friends or family. The kitchen is well stocked, you can cook all meals here no need to go out. Love the home close to downtown Gilbert. Great Saturday Market and restaurants if you should choose to eat out. Thanks again for sharing this home.

Arizona Family fun

We were visiting the area for my daughter’s soccer tournament. The house and location was perfect, close enough to the fields but also close to shopping, restaurants and local entertainment and hiking trails. The house itself is perfectly set up for a group with plenty of space and activities to keep the family busy. The kitchen is ready if you want to cook meals in and we also enjoyed going out. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we really enjoyed the backyard space to relax and gather. Everything about this house and property is deserving of 5 stars!

Perfect for Family Celebration

This home was a perfect way for our family to celebrate the graduation of our daughter from AT Still Univ. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor areas were amazing and the home has everything you need and more. The hosts are easily accessible, very kind, and answer all questions. We were very impressed with everything.

Amazing Desert Oasis

What a great house. We found it super clean when we arrived and expansive. Everything you see in the pictures comes alive when you walk into the house and into the backyard. There are so many areas to sit and relax with a fire. The pool and hot tub are super great and the outdoor kitchen is incredible. Wish we could have stayed for 2-weeks...What an oasis.

Sunny Arizona home.

Jessica and Nick were great. If we had a question they were right on it. I couldn’t say enough great things about our hosts. The home was perfect for our family. The pool was large and both hot tub a pool were sparkling clean. The 4* rating is only because the neighborhood is on the direct landing path for the airport. Though we loved seeing the fighter jets from the base (the kids were excited about these), it could be quite noisy. Fresh fruit trees in the yard! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfection

Spacious place! We had a group of 12 for our trip and this house was the best! The huge area in the combined living room/kitchen (with ceiling to floor slider doors ) with view to the outdoor space was amazing. Backyard area has everything you could ask for - hot tub, heated pool, large flatscreen TV, huge grill, enough outdoor seats for all of us and more! It had yard games and even fresh fruit trees with a beautiful meadow. The indoor was just as nice. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, large laundry room, kitchen has everything you’d want(and in good shape, such as dish towels, pot holders, and pans). Tons of towels were provided! We loved our stay! Again, home was fantastic in so many ways. Jessica was an amazing and responsive host. We will be back!

Great Home and area!

The space of the home was great for our group of 12. Kids had a ton of fun. Kitchen was nicely laid out and everything was available for us to cook. It was very cold when we went so the multiple fire pit tables were nice to have. Also the hot tub was a must in the cold weather. Jessica was very responsive and checked in when we got there. Close to grocery stores and a lot of restaurants. Within manageable distance of hiking trails. Very close to multiple golf courses and Top Golf.

Christmas Family Vacation

Beautiful home close to family events

This home was beautiful, clean, peaceful and very spacious as we needed a place to stay with fairly short notice while attending a family funeral. We definitely recommend this home and will plan to return again.

Great family mini reunion!

The property was perfect. Just enough bedrooms and enough ample space where everyone can gather together or split up into different groups. If one group wanted to sit at a table and just chat they could. If another group wanted to sit at a table to play board games he could. If another group wanted to sit by the fire and watch TV they could. The best thing is I could do all of this at the same time. Great property. Great space. Loved it.

Gorgeous Place!

Everything in the pictures and so much more! From the travertine floors to the large pillars, to the rain curtain over the crystal clear pool and hot tub! We hardly left the property as it had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked. The owner truly thought about everything. I know some people don't like to cook on vacation but one of my personal favorite things to do on vacation at a VRBO is to spend time making a big brunch in a beautiful kitchen and this was perfect for that! Got great sleep the whole time, our whole group agreed the beds were super comfortable, and there was more than enough space for everyone. Communication with the manager was superb. Very quick responses. This was such a beautiful house no one wanted to leave! The cleaning staff is to be commended! This place was exceptionally clean. Great wifi, safe/quiet area with strong AC & fans. Love that there are so many fun restaurants and activities nearby. I love hiking and visted Usery Mountain Park for a beautiful sunset hike. My husband said he greatly enjoyed the nearby golf courses with his friends. Highly recommend this place!
