Beautiful property.
The property manager was excellent and had great communication. Notified us that early check in was available. Outdoor area was perfection. We paid to heat the pool and it was heated as requested. Lots of games were provided, which was a nice extra. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale. Would highly recommend.

Girls trip
We were very impressed with the property. We were not aware that there was an additional fee to heat the pool. Paid the extra fee and then the pool cleaning agency turned it off the next day. Property manager was very easy to work with and refunded a portion of that fee. Overall a great place to stay and would book again.

Scottsdale Gem
We loved the house and was in a great location close to hiking, shopping and the airport. We especially loved a 3 bedroom home for a family of four with 2 teenagers. The outside patio, fireplace and fire pit where highlights as we enjoyed the space each day of our trip. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Only negatives were lack of pans to cook with, no laundry pods to do laundry and toilet paper supply was light for 7 day stay and we had to buy extra.

Really enjoyed our stay, hope to be back!
This was a wonderful property with a really great outdoor area. My spouse and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed the house amenities (pool, games, grilling, outdoor seating area) on our relaxing days. The houses location is really great too - close to main attraction areas in Scottsdale such as different hiking trails, restaurants, things to do, and Old Town. I will be remembering this place as I'd love to stay here again. The house also had an ample amount of seasonings and a full kitchen with a ton of different cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. This made it easy for us when we decided to stay in and cook. The neighborhood area was very nice and neighbors we saw daily were so kind, always said hello. Great range of different aged people, families with kids, and lots of dog walkers :) We felt safe in the area/location of the house. Recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful backyard/ pool area
Backyard oasis and pool area is outstanding. We did wish that we would’ve heated the pool as the pool temperatures are much cooler than we would’ve expected since it was still 90+ degrees here each day. You can tell the kitchen and living room area were newly remodeled. There is some general maintenance needed in the house such as loose toilet paper holders, and the bathroom door in the master bedroom needs attention. Property is in a great neighborhood and convenient for most major attractions in the Scottsdale and Phoenix areas.

Perfect Paradise
It’s exactly what you want and need. 10-15 minutes from everything in old town and paradise valley. The house is beautiful and fully updated. It has a great master, updated beautiful and functional kitchen and then the outdoor living space is ELITE! From the pool with the water effect to the tv seating area with the fireplace you don’t ever need to go inside. It exceeded all expectations and we will be back!

Very nice house in quiet convenient area
Very nice home with no complaints. Pool was nice and heated (for a fee). Kitchen was well stocked although we didn't cook. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Home is close to a wide multi use path so it was very convenient for our running. Also could be used for biking, walking, etc. About 5 minutes from Old Scottsdale. Would stay again.
