Attractive and Conveniently Located
This was a great location for our visit to Mesa to see friends. It was easy to get to all the places we needed to be. The condo was attractive, clean, and we loved being able to walk around the small ponds in the evenings. We have booked it again for our trip to Mesa next year!

Great Convenient Location
2nd time renting this property. Really nice place. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Pool and walking path are added nice touches. Key pad entry makes it so easy to check in and out. Definitely on my repeat list when I come to visit family.

Superstition Springs Condo
This condo was in a great area, central to the venue and event we were attending. The photos provided represented the property well and it was well equipped to suit our needs. We did note that for the elderly or disabled the toilets are very low and this could create a problem. Other than that we were happy with the rental and would use again if in the area.

Superstition Springs
Great place and good location. Close to family which was the objective. Could have been cleaner (floors), but who can keep anything clean in Mesa where you are surrounded by cement, rocks, sand, dust ... Cleaning supplies would have been helpful so we could keep it clean for the 2 weeks we were there.

Exceeded expectations!!
Comfortable, convenient, clean. The patio looking out on the beautiful lake was perfect. Plenty of trails around all of the lakes to walk and watch the ducks, geese, doves, hummingbirds, blue heron. We will be booking this wonderful place again!

Really nice place but the floors are disgusting
Great value, location was OK, check in process was excellent and this condo had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the floors were absolutely disgusting. Sticky and I don't imagine they have been washed for a long time. My dad was wearing white socks for about 20 minutes and they were literally black. We reported the issue and got a response immediately that someone will be coming to clean them the next day. The cleaners did not show up we contacted them once again and they said will get somebody there today. At this point I didn't wanna have to deal with anyone coming in so we just left our shoes on.

The Home was amazing, the grounds and ponds were amazing. The only problem we ran into was the HOA that keeps an eye on things for that community we’re not educated about the state of federal laws regarding having a service dog. We were asked to leave the community pool area. Service dogs are allowed on the pool deck but not in the pool. We were assured that education would take place amongst the HOA/property management.

Get away from the snow!
It worked well for two couples with sep bathrooms and shared living room and kitchen.. both good size. Dining area worked well for rating and card playing.! Quiet, nice pool area ( small Pool 3 to 4 feet). Loved hot tub. Was stocked as advertised and nice furniture and decor.

Nicely appointed and Comfortable
Great little condo is a perfect location. Property is nicely appointed and for the most part very clean. The master shower was slow to drain which is the only reason I didn’t get it 5 stars for cleanliness. Beds are super comfortable and location is good with lots of places in walking distance. Check in was delayed and notification was received at 4pm which was the time I was checking in. I had to check in after 630 PM which made getting into the place a bit challenging and they didn’t think to leave the porch light on. Check out at 10am is challenging but do able; noon check out would be better especially after a late check in. Overall a very nice place with just a few minor issues. Would definitely rent again.

The property was nice and the location was great. We had 2 issues during our stay. We discovered early in our stay that the wood and tile floors throughout the property were very dirty. We swiffered the floors with dry and wet cloths 2 times to make them reasonable. There was no way possible the floors had been cleaned anytime recently. This was surprising because the rest of condo was clean. Bathrooms, towels, and kitchen were clean. The other issue during our stay was the internet went off multiple times. It corrected itself each time but it was a annoying. We really liked the location which was within easy walking distance to many restaurants.

Good customer service.
Had a few issues with this unit. First issue upon arrival, I was unable to get into the unit! I was locked out. Apparently there was a secondary lock box placed on the security screen door, to which I should have been given a code. But no where in any check-in information was this mentioned. 45 minutes and 2 phone calls later, I finally was able to get out of the heat and relax. The unit was clean and well appointed. Everything exactly as pictured. All was good until the following afternoon when the power went out. That means NO air conditioning. I don’t have air conditioning at home, but this is Mesa, in September, and it was HOT. My first thought was to check the fuse box. Everything seemed “on” with no sections being “tripped”. Second thought was to call the management company, again, and then head to the nearest shopping center for a little AC. 45 minutes later I was informed it was an issue with the complex and the power would be back on “soon”. To sum things up: overall, the unit was nice; although several issues made my stay more stressful and inconvenient than I would have liked- customer service did an good job solving my issues and keeping me informed.

Nice place..
Very nice place. It would have been nice to know that the pool was out of service. It was 110 degrees and no pool. I would have found a different place had I knew. My 89 yr old grandpa was looking forward to a pool but it was being resurfaced. Disappointed but the unit was very nice.

Weekend Stay
Just a weekend away with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. The girls loved the pool. Condo was really nice. The carpet has some stains but everything else was good.
