Quiet and Cozy Home
This cute and cozy home was stocked with everything that my husband and I needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location is great, far enough from town to be peaceful with no traffic, but close enough to be within 15-20 minutes of a grocery store. The host was also great with communication. Definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

All the rules were hand written on notes around the house, which was rather strange. Remotes for the TV were very confusing and missing batteries

The stay was good. Would have been nice to use the pool, the heater wasn't working. The patio screen was broken so couldn't leave the patio door open. The drapes on the patio door are a mess and should be replaced with blinds or at least drapes that have a pull on them. The solar lights in the back yard all need replaced there was no light on the patio or in the yard so sitting out at night was just in the dark.

Great little home. Only downside is there's no place to get groceries nearby. Other than that though the place was excellent. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils beautiful decor friendly manager.

Very peaceful. Lovely home in quiet neighborhood away from the city about 20 mins to grocery store. well stocked wonderful pool and patio furnishings. Mike property manager was great available for any questions or concerns. Great getaway for us.

Beautiful vacation property
This was our second visit to this property. The home has everything we needed. We like the area as it is quiet and away from the rushing in Phoenix You do require a car but that is fine with us. We hope to return again

We enjoyed the house. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. The cleaning had been done by a person who wasn’t familiar with the products they were using. There was a layer of oil on much of the furniture and the stove had not been cleaned properly. The bathrooms were fine and there was more than enough towels and linens. The backyard was very pretty and it would have been nice to be there at a time to use the pool. The biggest problem with the house was the location. It was 8-10 miles from the nearest restaurant, store, gas station, etc. and to get to any of those, you had to get on I-10 which is chronically under construction. The price of the rental took this into consideration.

We just returned from our week long stay in Buckeye AZ. This property had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. The house was plenty big enough for the 7 of us. The kids had their own side and parents on the opposite side. I can’t think of one thing I would have changed. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Cozy & quiet place to stay!
Cozy, clean and quiet place to stay. Lovely yard with privacy. We were in town for the holiday and a wedding, so we didn’t get to enjoy this property to its full potential. Enjoyed what little time we had and would stay here again! Thank you.

WE LOVED THE STAY THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PROPERTY MANGER SHE DID NOT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CHECKING US IN. SHE COULD NOT GET IN THE LOCK BOX SO SHE GAVE US HER KEYS. A wonderful place to stay
This property was an ideal place to stay while visiting family in Buckeye. The kids loved the pool and the rooms were clean and a nice size. Safe neighborhood. The owner provided all we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
