"Location of the hotel is in prime position, close to fast food places, town pool, a pub and not far from shopping district. We stay for the day on the green so getting to Bimbadgen estate was virtually out the road. Awesome location. Room was ok for our needs. Bed was very soft. Bed head was stained and so was the carpet, very badly. Air conditioner was amazing. Shower amazing with hot hot water and pressure. Car parks a nightmare. Small and not numbered. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rydges. The computer check in worked really well (in fact it gave us an upgrade LOL!). The property was super clean. The breakfast was amazing. We saw kangaroos one morning when we opened the door to our villa. The staff were lovely and friendly. The shop had everything imaginable in it and even a small art gallery. We didn't travel with children but noticed there was lots of facilities to keep the little ones amused. Highly recommend this resort. "

"We were impressed with our accommodation from the minute we arrived. It was very surprising to find a garage attached to the apartment and this made unpacking quick and easy. Our apartment was spacious, clean and quiet. The Sports Bar is conveniently located for a quiet drink and meal. The surrounding area is great for walks and kangaroo spotting. We will definitely stay next time we visit the Hunter Valley"
