"Our family of 11 stayed at the villa in early June. The owner and manager of the property were available and very helpful. The Villa was spacious and very clean. The house itself was so charming and well stocked, the grounds beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and welcome retreat each day after exploring the surrounding towns. "Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"This property is everything we wanted a Tuscan villa to be. We were 5 couples celebrating our 60th birthdays. We all had private bedrooms with private bathrooms. The location is perfection. We could walk to the historic town of Cortona in under 25 minutes, but our property was completely private with a view that was spectacular. In the morning the birds and church bells are your music and the flowers and fruit trees are in abundance."
