"Excellent location in Laon. Husband and wife staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. We'd hoped to dine on site for our evening meal. Their restaurant was closed and they found us an alternative restaurant and made a dinner reservation for us. I was recovering from a cold and the owner prepared me a hot lemon honey and ginger drink to have before I went to bed. Even made me one the following morning. To some the hotel may feel dated, but out group of 8 loved the sense of history the hotel...

This house had everything we could have needed and there were many personal touches that made it feel so homely. The beds were comfortable with top quality linen. Other highlights were the donkeys, cats, the outside seating area and the nearby forest. We had such a lovely stay and would recommend this property. Merci."
