We had a really enjoyable stay – the property was comfortable, spacious, and felt like a true home from home. The location was excellent, with easy access to Pigeon Forge, the tram service to Gatlinburg, and Dollywood, and we loved that we could even see the rollercoaster at Dollywood from the front balcony. The condo was much bigger than we expected, clean, tidy, and in great shape throughout. The indoor and outdoor pools were also a fantastic bonus for relaxing at the end of the day. Stacy was a wonderful host, even taking in a parcel for us, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic property and one we’d love to return to as a base for exploring more of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Property was amazing. Area was beautiful. The check in and check out couldn’t get any easier. Stacy with My Smokey Rentals was quick to respond each time we reached out. Would definitely stay there again.

Townhome very close to Dollywood

The place was quiet, easy to find, convenient to everything, and a large space. There are a few minor things that need fixing just due to the age of the space. The beds were SO comfortable. If you're a coffee drinker, make sure you bring K-cups. They provide 4. If you like Italian, Roma Table is a MUST!!!

Perfect for Dollywood trip

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 - two adults and three teens - plenty of space and everyone had their own bed. Communication was great and super easy. Super close to Dollywood...would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Trip

Very spacious!

We loved this place. It was so roomy with plenty of room for our kids to spread out and play. We were pleased with how clean it was as well. The host was very polite and quick to respond. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay. The place was nice. I loved having the two twins in the same room with a king size bed. We had a privacy wall but close enough to our autistic daughter that she stayed in bed all night. The mattress was so comfortable and so were the sheets. The property management was so nice and helpful and very responsive.

Beautiful condo

We only got to stay a couple of hours because we had family issue come up. I wish we could have stayed longer because the place was very nice and very clean. It was a lot bigger than we expected. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Great place for a Dollywood vacation!

This condo worked out very well for our Dollywood trip. The bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect for my parents, me, my husband and 2 children. If you are looking for something comfortable, spacious, and close to Dollywood, this is it!

Wonderful Condo and location...

We absolutely loved our stay in this Condo. Sunny was wonderful to deal with and was super fast in responding to any questions or concerns we had. Before we left I texted to see if there was a blender in the unit and she said yes. We got there and no blender and she made sure we had one right away. We would definitely stay in any property the McNutt's owned again. This one in Golf View Resort was super convenient to everything. Everything was great. Thank you so much for having such a great clean place for us to vacation.

Tennesse getaway

The property was easy to find and central to all our vacation activities. There was plenty of room and we liked the separate king bed in the 2nd bedroom. Would like to inform anyone to take a right off the elevator as the signage was confusing 😀
