"The CozySuites condo was big, clean and comfortable! I don't like a lot of clutter and it was spare but had everything necessary. The communication with the CozySuites team was excellent - they were so responsive and answered all my questions. The one issue had to do with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms (we had 3 with full showers for a 2 BR Condo!). The bathrooms are dated - fixtures all from the Showboat days, and on one day there wasn't enough pressure to keep the shower on in...

"Great location and very CLEAN! We were able to walk to our event at the Convention Center and the outlets. Hosts were great and responsive. We stayed in January and it was quite cold out so my only advice is to bring slippers as the floors were cold even when the rooms were warm. I would definitely stay again!"

"Cons: The process of checking in was horrible. Three times I was asked to do it ( uploading photos of myself and my documents ) and on the arrival day I had to do it again. Another issue was the paymnet that their system was constantly cancelling. Pros: Kitchen, location, parking "

"This oceanfront condo location is excellent. We appreciate the cleanliness, great pool and Kristal. Kristal has this condo well stocked for her guests' visits which is super thoughtful and appreciated. Kristal was immediately available to assist when VRBO generated the wrong condo access code. She remained calm and helped us gain access during my "meltdown." Word of advice - follow Kristal's condo entry and site instructions! This is our second stay. We look forward to our return next...

"Great Location! Very clean! Beds are comfortable. Owner communicates well. Def would stay here again! Only things that were a concern, the parking pass had wrong dates and only 2 beach tags, We needed 4. Everything else was great!! "

"The property was really close to the beach, which was great and everything was clean"

"The condo we rented was a great location, and just right for myself, and 2 teenager's. Parking is difficult near the beach, and boardwalk, so it was a major plus being walking distance to bolth. The welcome package on the table was very nice as well. We plan to come back. Thank uou for your hospitality. "

"This unit was perfect for the 4 of us. The size was great. The bedroom was perfect. I loved that the balcony was private from the walkthru part where we stayed before. The full size fridge was a game changer for full breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. This allowed us to only have to go out for dinners. We most likely would be renting again."

"Great location and very comfortable stay. 1-2 minute walk (1/2 block) to the beach; 5-10 minutes to restaurants etc. My kids (2 & 4) loved the toys, kids nook and swing set. Enclosed backyard was perfect for the kids. Well stocked place even had a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kids beach toys). Comfortable beds, clean and very livable, not cramped even with two kids. I would definitely recommend a stay and will likely try to rebook this place for next summer!"
