Family time
Every year my family and I rent a VRBO in Pine to get away and have some family time. This year we stayed at the Man Cave. The property was great. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs. We enjoyed playing games and being together. The highlight was the elk outside our front door. If you want a great place to stay, easy access to downtown Pine and watching elk graze right outside your door. This is your place. Thanks for allowing us to create more memories during our visit!

Great family place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here, very clean and well supplied. Kids had a great time. We did have a hard time getting the televisions to work, was able to get one working with help from the host but gave up on the other two. Also wanted to say, the listing mentions the fireplace which wasn’t allowed to use and also the fire pit listed in the amenities with a photo was also off limits to use, that was disappointing. I brought stuff for smores for the gran kids because of the listing and was unable to make them. Truly enjoyed our stay regardless of the television issues. Kids really enjoyed the games and color books. Great game room. Comfortable beds and very well supplied kitchen and bathrooms.

Amazing for large groups!
We were in town for my friends bachelorette weekend and the house was AMAZING! beautiful location, and an even more beautiful home. Bonus, lots of wildlife roaming the area and around the property. Perfect for large groups who love nature and small towns. Owners were communicative and wonderful people!

What an amazing place! If you’re looking for a comfy getaway that’s kid friendly and adventures this is the place!!!! Location is great! Lots do explore around the area. Quick get away
We really enjoyed our stay in Pine at Pinders Keepers. The home was clean and had the accommodations we needed. Lots of elk and birds to watch! It isn’t in a remote area, it’s right in a small neighborhood but it was a quiet and friendly environment. The yard did have lots of little briers so be aware if you bring children or dogs. We really enjoyed our time and even got to see a bit of Northern lights from AZ! The vote of the stars after dark is impressive.

Awesome home very clean
I would highly recommend this pet friendly home. It is very clean has all the essentials you need in the kitchen to prepare meals and bake dog cookies. Has a completely fenced in yard for the pups. The elk were beautiful that would frequent the property to eat down apples 🍎 it was nice being off the beaten path. We would definitely love to go back there. The neighbors were all so friendly as well as their pups. It also has a great rec room filled with fun stuff to do on rainy days.

As advertised
Elk love this yard’s apples! Enjoyed seeing them up close and personal. Peaceful location in a neighborhood setting. Plenty of supplies (TP, towels, etc.) and everything you need to cook, eat, watch tv, and play. Not the location to sit and enjoy views in general or hang out outside but comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. A couple quirks (laundry drain, no plug nearby for one electric recliner) but nothing that would diminish experience. For those wanting to soak up some pines and Mountain View’s, it’s close to Pine Trailhead and other great spots to soa

Nice amenities and game room
My family stayed here for a few days in the summer. The house was well stocked with amenities and the game room was great. It was convenient to have a fenced yard for the pups. Overall nice place to stay for hiking and visiting the rim.

Buyer beware - Charged an extra $100 after checkout
We left the place better than we found it. Followed all checkout instructions to the T. We’ve stayed in over 100 different places on my wife’s account and have 5 stars. Kids did break 1 ping pong paddle. TV in the garage didn’t work. Broken remote. Extension cord running to it was janky. Garage/game room is fun but it’s not really a bed room. Can’t really shower in one bathroom as it’s a hand held in a tub.

Great place to stay along the Arizona trail
I and a few other Arizona trail hikers stayed here for a night to have beds to sleep in, a shower, and do some laundry. This place is great!! We were very well-rested the next day. I also really appreciated that they allow a dog, which enabled a fellow hiker with a dog to stay (for a small add-on fee). This place is also very walkable to "That Brewery & Hub", which accepts packages for Arizona trail hikers. Highly recommend this place!

Odd checkin
I assume they have had issues in the past. However, I found it odd I never received checkin instructions. When we arrived at 10pm there was a note on the door to call the property manager for checkin. It’s not a big deal for them to verify your party size, but that should have been done prior to the day of checkin. Especially considering cell and internet service isn’t great in Pine, AZ. Outside of that, the house was meticulous and very comfortable.

Great Getaway
We booked the cabin as a place for the family to stay while we hunted during opening weekend of archery dear. The house was cleaned and very well maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable which made it hard to get up early in the morning to hunt. I could have stayed in the bed all day. Our teens claimed the man cave and only came out to eat or use the bathroom. We got daily visits from the cow elk in the area and our dogs loved the yard to run and play. The AC units were adequate to cool the whole house but we still opened the bedroom windows at night for that extra cool room. We loved our entire stay and will be back soon. Definitely booking for elk season.
