Very cool building with a cute remodel. A/C is cold, beds comfortable, all linens clean. This is one long hallway with 7 rooms off of either side. If you are looking for a place to just sleep a lot of bodies, this is it. We would not stay here again for our needs. Pros: logistically close to activities, cold a/c, good beds, clean linens, big bathrooms, plenty of towels, big rooms, comfortable furniture, good ice cream & coffee downstairs.Cons: Only high traffic areas are clean, dusty baseboards, cobwebs in every room, dead bugs on window sills, dirty & broken window blinds, food dried on the kitchenette counter. Ants in one bathroom and the kitchenette. No real common areas, no dining table or chairs.Strange kitchenette(s?) Layed out to rent as two different units. One end has cute vintage kitchenette with fridge that smelled like rotted worms and a tiny oven that set off smoke detectors when used. The other end of the unit had a microwave, under counter fridge, coffee pot and portable one burner electric cook top. Preparing even basic items meant carrying items between the two different locations. Bedrooms had no closet, dresser, wardrobe. Wasps. We killed a few before we located the nest on the indoor side of a bedroom window and removed it. No outdoor space. “Deck” is just part of the staircase landing. This did not suite our needs and would not recommend to anyone who wants to start or end the day, or eat anything together as family.
