"My family of 20+/- had a wonderful time here. The space was great and accommodated us all. We didn't get to use the game room in the other house, but it was super spacious and could fit another host of folks (10+ ppl). There were plenty of restrooms/bathrooms, and sleeping rooms. "We enjoyed staying at this home in Arnold, which is close enough to walk to the brewery/restaurant, grocery store and other necessities, and a short drive to Calaveras Big Trees Park. The home is large and comfortable. The host kindly let check in early on a Saturday and was very communicative. We enjoyed playing horseshoes in the backyard. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for cooking. The blankets and linens could use a deep clean, and the yard some tidying, but we were comfortable."

"We booked the cabin for a quick getaway weekend for our family of 3 plus dog (lab). The house was immaculate, well stocked, and had updated appliances. Bonus for gas stove…woo woo. Just the right size for our crew and great location for easy out the door things (swimming,paddling and hiking the Rim Trail.) Close by car to lots of wonderful things. Communication with the host Beverley was excellent! We appreciated the flexible checkin and out. Really nice. Would definitely stay again."

"This cute cabin is perfect for a couple looking for a cozy and romantic weekend in Gold Country. This is our second time staying at this cabin because we enjoyed our first visit last year so much. It is a short walk or bike ride from the Indigeny Cidery and a short drive into downtown Sonora, with its quirky establishments (like a gun store/bar). Highly recommended."

"The house is very private and sits on 14 acres. The owner Dan was great and answered his phone every time I contacted him. The west entrance to Yosemite was a short drive from the house. We are thinking of going back out in a couple of years and would definitely stay there again if we do."

"Property was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable.TV not easy to use. Had a great time. Biggest problem was it took 3 hours to get in because of bad codes for door entrance. Then bad lock box code. Finally when someone showed up they opened lock with a another code which they didn't give us!"

"All the comforts of home and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the morning and evening. We used the BBQ grill, and it was very clean. We highly recommend this place. They do ask that you take off your shoes as you come in so that the carpet doesn’t get dirtied. I recommend bringing a pair of slippers for inside. "

"We had a great time with my family of four and our two small dogs. There was plenty of room and it was a great location. The pilot light was out in the fireplace, but that was fixed within an hour, thank you very much. There was also no sponge to wash dishes, but that was fixed quickly as well. Plenty of room in the cabin to relax and play. Close to snow. We loved that the back deck was fenced for our dogs. Overall we were very happy and would go back."
