The place is quiet, it s very easy to access to the park and the landlord is very nice and helpful with guests. And the restaurant is excellent after a long day hike ! The price for value is very good in this area. "

"We had a great stay! Property is located only about 20 to 30 minutes from the big stump entrance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia NF. The house is charming with many lovely touches, making it feel very much like a home versus a rental property. The temperatures were high during the day, but we were out hiking. "The dome was one of our all-time favorite VRBOs. It is beautifully decorated and spacious for two people and all of our bags and hiking equipment. The view is absolutely spectacular! It feels like it is a private little island and, yet, it is conveniently located to restaurants in Three Rivers and the entrance to Sequoia National Park. We loved it! "

"We really enjoyed staying at Ash Mountain for many reasons. To begin with, the setting is superb: a quiet mountain overlooking a river. The constant sound was super peaceful. "My companion and I really enjoyed the location. It did take a few minutes to find our room, but once in we were able to relax. A few items to mention: the door lock to Ponderosa does not seem to lock securely. And, I did encounter some cockroaches, which we were able to dispatch without much problem - I think these are unavoidable. But overall, we would very much like to stay at this property again!"
