"Staff were rude. At checkin she chose to answer many calls meaning checkin took a very long time No directions given. Tried to checkout and apparently the remote for air con had to be taken down but no one tells you this Staff were so rude Meals were below average. A Buffett dinner and breakfast but the serving trays were empty and not refilled The rooms were very noisy and aircon didn’t work so well Had to park a very long way away and two people damaged cars because of narrow road "

"El hotel se encuentra apartado de la ciudad y junto al mar. Ideal para bañarse y descansar. En poco más de 1 km se puede llegar andando hasta Piran por un sendero que recorre la costa, aunque por la noche no está iluminado. Los alrededores se llenan de bañistas todo el día, por lo que no es fácil aparcar, aunque hay un parking de pago 24h junto al lago cercano. El edificio podría beneficiarse de una reforma en algunos aspectos y el desayuno es mejorable, pero por su ubicación y características...

"El hotel está muy bien. Si vas a Portoroz, lo recomiendo. Las habitaciones están bien; son amplias (eran suites con sala de estar y terraza) y están limpias. Las zonas comunes son amplias y cómodas. Tiene aparcamiento (coste adicional). La piscina está muy bien y está muy cerca de "la playa" (una plataforma de cemento con escaleras para entrar en el mar). El personal es atento y amable. El desayuno es muy bueno. A mejorar: aunque los baños están limpios, están anticuados y necesitan una...

"I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was off putting. I walked onto a couple other floors and it was throughout the entire building. "
