"Overall it was a great experience. I think it would have been nice to have the house cooled down prior to us coming as it was 116 degrees outside, it was around 90 degrees inside the house. I also would have liked updated pictures because in one of the pictures it had a trampoline outside, when we got there it did not and one of the reasons we booked. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked and beds were comfy. Would stay again. 😊"

"Overall it was a good experience. The first night/morning was nice and quiet, but the next 2 mornings there was quite a bit of noise. I understand it’s someone's home so perhaps it was the family, or maybe they have another room that they rent upstairs but there was,what sounded like a kiddo, running back and forth at 6 am, and the next day (this morning) whoever was above me was really loud before 6am, lots of action upstairs. "It was only a one night stay for a marathon held in Ventura. There was a bit of a mix up with a parking but the property host was great at communicating and resolving the issue quickly. The property was clean and in a safe, gated community. We recommend!"

"We were a group of 10 people and were very happy with the separate bedrooms and bedrooms that this house has. It was large and had plenty of room to spread out. It has a pool and spa but we didn’t use it as we didn’t want to pay a bunch extra to heat it. The area is quiet and safe. Overall a good place for housing my extended family."

"I think this is the most awesome place to stay. Much better than a motel. I had my dog with me they even provided a treat for her. They have a nice little kitchen . "My family’s stay at Shawn’s place was great. The heated pool and ping pong table were a big hit with my boys and there was ample space in the house for our family of 5. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stacked with pots, pans, spices, coffee, etc. Will definitely look into renting this place again when staying in LA. "
