Amazing House/Beautiful Location
This amazing house was perfect for my sister, daughter and I to stay in to visit family in Pittsburg. It is on a beautiful location, overlooking Lake Francis! It's location is close to restaurants as well as shopping! We would definitely stay here again!

Last minute change of rental for a trip my husband and I along with 4 friends have been doing twice a year for 8 years. Beautiful house in the pictures. Pictures don't show everything. House was definitely older and thats ok. We don't spend a bunch of time in them anyway. We ride atvs. House had a moldy smell. There was mold on the blinds in madter. We didnt attempt to shower until Saturday morning..nightmare. no hot water or pressure. We went to ride but an atv had issues. We started to notice things. Masterbath under the sink mouse droppings with shredded toilet paper. Very dirty window sills. Stained wall paper floors with crumbs and dirt. Fine....except there was a handwritten note and envelope essentially adking for a tip..we pay $125 for cleaning fee and the house was gross. Cobwebs by sink. Griddle on stove top greasy. Oven didnt work. Stained couches. Listing states ac units in windos. Theyre not double hung windows..crank outs...no ac. On top of the water problem it eas too much.cupoards full of dirt etc..we did get water fixed sunday morning. We were leaving to ride as plumber arrived...we all got a shower sunday night..our last night.VERY dissatisfied.

The view was absolutely amazing and the house was very spacious, well supplied, and very clean There were a high number of things broken or not working though (ceiling fan in master bedroom, 2 of 3 TVs weren’t connected to cable, DVD player doesn’t work, hole in screen of sliding door to deck, etc…). Property description had said “window mounted air conditioners” but this wasn’t true, there was no air conditioning. If I had known, we still would’ve gotten the property but would’ve brought fans (which could not be purchased within a 45 minute drive of the property - the one store that had them were out). The house was incredibly hot and stuffy and we ended up leaving early. If they had an accurate property description, and do some minor repairs I would’ve rated the property a 5, but too many small issues added up to negatively impact our stay (though the property has a lot of good features too). Not worth the price with everything not working properly and no AC or fans.

Thoroughly Enjoyed!
This rental exceeded our expectations! We wanted to hike at nearby Table Rock and really didn't have much for expectations. The view is beautiful and Michael was a great host! The property is very large and we loved the TV room and big screen TV. Very well equipped. The home is a bit dated, but very roomy and a bit of mid-century mod, down to the original intercoms in the walls. We really enjoyed it!
