We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. We really appreciate the extra special personalized service. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again. "

"A beautiful large home with plenty of bedrooms and space to just relax after a long day on the water or catching a show at Tangle Wood. Our family enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and large backyard complete with a fire pit, large hot tub, grilling area and ample seating. This home has two kitchens a large family room with a pool table, two full bathrooms and two laundry rooms. We will definitely look to book this property again when in the Pittsfield-Lenox area. "

"Had a very pleasant stay in this cottage. The neighborhood is quiet and located right near a lake and playground. The cottage was extremely clean and tidy. The AC worked well and there were plenty of fans to use. We loved the screened in porch that had a large picnic table. This was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature."

"Absolutely loved the house. We took advantage of the sauna and the pool. And we did use the firepit for s’mores one night. It was a perfect house for 7 adults and 4 children. One issue we had was the door locking without us actually turning the lock. We also needed to sweep all the cobwebs off the deck but needed to request a broom. We were also unaware of the mowing company coming to mow the lawn while we were enjoying the pool. And the management company actually sent a message for us to leave...
