"The house was ok. It definitely sleeps 6 . But there is one tiny couch that smells. No other seating except an office chair and the kitchen table chairs, I could honestly say the house itself was clean . The other problem is the apartments beside the house. On my very first day there the man in the apartment stood out front and peed. That was a little scary. Especially since I know he knew I could see him. "

"Loved the place, so sweet and comfortable , great air conditioners, loved having the washer and dryer! Perfect size and loved the fenced yard for our little dog! Could use a few things. We only had 1 wash cloth, could use a few more pans in the kitchen, there were several juice glasses, but only 1 large glass. Over all Great place!!! I would rent again in the future, my family close by."

"Lovely Craftsman house in Porterville. The living room and dining room are bigger then what the picture shows. The only draw back was no extra garage bags, no blow dryer and iron. Items we did not fly down with. It was great being able to walk to downtown to restaurants and coffee shops. Only 1/2 mile away. Would stay again!!"

"Hello. I enjoyed my stay and the home is very nice. I was in town for my grandson’s graduation. The place was what I needed to relax and visit with my family. The air conditioning made the home very comfortable. A few small items for your review: The outlets in master bathroom do not work. I had not received and communication regarding check in. I send 2 messages and did not get any response from the property manager. I called the VRBO phone number and found out the 2nd payment had not been...

"We initially liked the place and concept. It was wide open and gave us the space we needed inside and out. We appreciated the outside seating and washer / dryer. But the lack of basics really started to show. One dish towell. No paper towels. No wash rags. Not enough kitchen utensils to cover our 4 travelers. Windows without blinds to block out the large amount of outside light. My wife showered and walked a short distance across the hardwood floor and her feet were dirty. No extra blankets....
