"We were so please with this home! The pool and pool area was amazing, with great privacy and tropical foliage all around. Communication with the homeowner was very easy. The home had everything we needed for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable, as was the living area. The location was perfect, central to the beaches and activities of Venice & Englewood. We would deffinetley stay there again if visiting Venice!"

"Our family had a great time at this property over the 2024 Thanksgiving holiday. The house was very clean, well supplied (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.) and is in a great location with easy access to stores, restaurants, roadways, etc. All the TVs, appliances, pool, hot tub, washer/dryer, etc. worked propoerly - no technical problems. "Property and house was nice. The pool area was private. Our only complaint was reading all the rules they had written down that you are supposed to follow. Example, completely clean the grill or be charged $100. We decided not to use it. Everything needs to be exactly where it was. You are told you need to do some cleaning while there. "The property was more beautiful than we expected. There was more than enough space to lounge eat or relax. It was so clean we didn’t use the linens or pillows we brought with us. Anything we forgot to bring was in the pantry! And which host leaves us sodas, water and a bottle of great wine?… Richard! "The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!"
