Amazing !
I stayed with my family for Labor Day weekend at this lovely and cozy property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Warren, the host, was amazing and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The location was great, and the beach was fantastic. For my birthday, I wanted a peaceful long weekend, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The night sky was so clear that we could see all the stars. I’m looking forward to repeating the experience!

Quiet, secluded getaway
Absolutely loved the private pool. Owner communicated but was not overbearing which was appreciated. Tidy, orderly accommodations and everything we needed. Very sweet home. Palm island is our favorite and we would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great Family Trip
This place is Florida's best-kept secret! The beaches were stunningly beautiful and wonderfully secluded, with shark teeth everywhere. The house was perfectly located, equipped with everything we needed, and the pool was the highlight of our stay. I can't rave enough about the house, the beach, and this incredible location. We are already looking at when we can come visit again.

Love Palm Island!
We have been to Palm Island many times but never explored the southern part of the island. The house was great and we had a relaxing time. Loved the pool! Warren was very communicative and answered all our questions very quickly.

Pure Paradise
This is our 8th year staying in this wonderful home. The beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything, beautiful views from every direction with the wrap around porch and the pool is perfect after a day in the beach. Large deck has shaded lounge chairs and a 6 person table in addition to 2 addition loungers by the pool. (Be sure to bring pool toys or floats. For those that visit after us, we did leave some floats and diving sticks for you). The beaches are exquisite. (Best to rent a golf cart for trips to the beach or Coconuts for ice cream). Coconuts in Palm Island Resort also rents out kayaks (single $40/2 hours). Hit up Walmart and Publix before going over on the ferry as it is $55 per ride. This is such a wonderful island that is not over crowded. You will have plenty of 'sand space' and enjoy listening to the 2 owls talk all day/night. We found roughly 210 sharks teeth this trip! We LOVED our time and will be back next year. Thank you Warren for everything! This house and island never disappoints!!

A great location
Some friends of ours had stayed at this house and recommended it to us. It is pretty accurate from the photos. The owner has made some upgrades to the property this year and they are noticeable. The location is great, the island is quiet and beautiful in every direction. The pool deck and chairs are in great shape and were nice on the days where we didn't go to the beach. However the golf cart that they charge extra for was broken on our arrival. We fixed it ourselves, but seeing as how we saved the owner money by skipping a service call, I was not expecting to still have to pay full price for it. Then our last night at the property, the refrigerator failed and we lost about $100 worth of food. We are within driving distance so we expected to bring that home, but we had to throw it out. When I let the owner know, all I got back was "Thanks for letting me know". I understand things happen, but the flat response had me feeling like the owner vaguely disinterested in the problem.

Best Island in the West Coast!
I just spent my BD in the island with my family! We couldn’t pick a better property, although we have been here other times, having a pool it’s a plus, we love it! The property is exactly as described, super clean. Very well equipped, just bring your groceries. Perfect for a group of six, plenty space and a large pool deck. Owner is making some very nice upgrades. Don Pedro is a friendly, warm, peaceful and beautiful island in the Florida West Coast, thanks for your sunny days and espectacular sunset! I’ll keep coming back to this area for the rest of my life. Thanks Warren for your hospitality, we’re very grateful that we stay in your beautiful home! Thanks!

The best beach get-a-way!
This beach house is perfect for our family. We love the island and the beach once again was uncrowded and lots of fun. (lots of sharks teeth) We appreciated the updates to the house - especially the pool area. Hope to visit again soon!

Relaxing Getaway
Six of us, 4 adults and 2 children, stayed here for three nights and we had a fabulous time. The property was as described and Warren was quick to respond to our questions. The beaches were beautiful, plenty of shells and shark teeth and we enjoyed taking the golf cart around the island. This was easily one of our most relaxing vacations and we won't hesitate to book again.

Great property, clean, a little outdated, but great for a family. Owner was extremely responsive and friendly. Public beaches are not that close and are not populated. Most of the island is private beaches for individual homes. $55 ferry ride every time you want to drive off the island. Everything worked and house is fully stocked with towels and kitchen stuff. Would highly recommend new mattress in master bedroom. Great porches and pool was nice to have.

A month of paradise!
We picked this property for our annual family beach trip— a month long getaway!! It appeared unique and truly had an “old Florida “ feel!! Access to island is strictly via ferry— so make sure you have enough groceries to keep you fed and happy!! There is one small convenience store on the resort property and one restaurant!! Residents not affiliated with the resort are welcome to use them! We came prepared and enjoyed every minute of our getaway! The property was very comfortable— the kitchen was ideal for our needs, internet and tv connections perfect, great a/c, a pool with easy access to the home area, plenty of linens, beautifully decorated, and a golf cart for cruising (at an extra charge but worth it!) We saw bunnies, turtles, lizards/iguanas, and the very popular BOBCAT!! Great for bird watching and shelling—- also sighted a manatee “coupling “ from the beach! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!! It was a perfect family trip!! Highly recommend !!
