Wonderful cabin!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this darling cabin! The cabin was clean, the scenery is beautiful, and the animals on site are delightful. The hosts are very easy to talk with and were happy to take us on a tour of the property. We enjoyed seeing the cows right outside of our cabin as we relaxed in the mornings on the comfortable porch. There are great restaurants in the nearby town, and a grocery store is an easy 10-15 minute drive away. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Peaceful getaway
The host made us feel welcome. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. It had everything thing we needed. The setting among tall pine trees is lovely and peaceful.

Family Wedding Weekend
It was great to have a few quiet moments at the Iron Horse Ranch. It was the perfect, serene contrast to a fun family wedding weekend. Everything was just as we expected!

Wonderful property with really nice owners. There are cows free roaming which is so nice. You basically have them in your front yard. Would stay again.

Everything thing was great and we enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was there was not enough hot water. Two guys couldn't get a shower in. I'm glad our third guy didn't show up because 2 of 3 would have gotten cold showers.

Wedding Weekend
We went to my nephews wedding in Montgomery This was an overall better decision than going to a motel as I have grown children and spouses. We all had a place to sleep and shower. It was quite and relaxing. In the country away from the hustle and bustle!

Very nice
We enjoyed our stay. Our 2yr and 7yr old boys loved getting to watch the livestock roam around infront of the cabin as did me and my husband. Cabins are nice and cozy and the owners are very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back for a longer stay in the near future.

Good for an over night stay.
We had two children that wanted to play outside and see the animals. We were disappointed that our 11 year old granddaughter was told she wasn’t allowed to be outside without a parent. We went on a tour of the property and saw beautiful horses but weren’t allowed to pet them. We knew we would tour but had no idea they couldn’t see them at other times. The other problem and real reason we had to leave early is that the area just has no water/ pool/ lake…or relief from the heat. We enjoyed the cute cabin just didn’t want to sit indoors the entire time. Deb was as sweet as can be!

Country living
We enjoyed our stay here, the host was very helpful and fast to respond with any questions. They took us on a tour of their property and told us the story of the different animals at the farm. The cabin was cute and very clean. There is no WiFi so if your visiting just know that. We didn’t mind and it made us spend time talking and watching movies together as a family. Also places to eat and stores are not that close by, and there is no cooking there so come prepared. There is a microwave, small fridge and sink. Overall nice and peaceful place to just get away.

enjoyed the weekend. felt there were some things that could have been provided to make it more comfortable. needed a larger trash can. there was only a tiny can in kitchen area. needed more counter space or another table for preparing meals. there is no place to put clothing.

Great Country Charm!
We had a great time at this little pasture cabin. Easy access, very clean and nice owners. Enjoyed fishing in the little pond and hanging out with the horses, cows and lamas! 5 star experience!

Cabin was wonderful. Great size, comfortable furniture, the beds are some of the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel/motel/B&B type setting and the surroundings are beautiful. For our purposes the cabin is also about 5 minutes from the entrance to Texas Renaissance Festival. So a complete win all around. The owners were very friendly and helpful. If you are seeking a low key, no stress high quality get away cabin it would be hard to find a better option.

Awesome place! Nice cabin and wonderful owner, we enjoyed a lot there...for sure :-)
After long search places to go and as per my son's wish to visit countryside place on his birthday, we planned to visit this place. This place is awesome! Pleasant privacy and romantic surrounding. We three stayed there for two nights. Quite sufficient cabin area, clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels in bathroom and in living room. King size bed is so comfortable. Relaxing couch is really funtastic. Small but clean lake. We had a good time there while fishing. Owner of the property Mr. Vic is very nice person. We had a property tour with him in the cart. Nice experience. We asked many questions to him and he also answered them very well. Very good place for photography which I did a lot :-) A cute cat was with us all time during our stay. All together, this was wonderful experience to stay here. Thank you Mr. Vic! We hope to visit there again!
