"The property was everything we could have asked for and more! My kids had a great time swimming in the pool and exploring the grounds. The pool cover quit working while we were there and the owners came right out to try and fix it. Extremely nice people I might add. Will certainly visit again!"

"First of all i would like to start with saying that the owner of this property is very generous. We walked in and saw a basket filled with snacks, and thank you note. Secondly the communication with the owner was very easy, he easy very helpful. He recommended places to go to and activities we can do in the area. Lastly he is forgiving we caused a small damage, and he forgave us."

"I enjoyed staying at this property. Older home, but super clean and everything worked. Listing was correct on all parts. Only problem " I" had was with the TV. Needed passwords which I did not remember to take and instructions would have helped me. Would not have a problem staying at this property again. "

"We had a good stay at this little place in Englewood. The inside was very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The walking path is nearby, but Main Street is close and traffic can be loud (the reason for the 4 star rating). We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance."

"Overall the stay was nice. I was allowed an early check-in by 1 hour. Communication was good with our host. He answered promptly with any concerns.The 2 biggest issues we experienced were directions to the building. You should be aware that the building has been split into multiple units. "The host was very flexible in meeting our needs. There were several spaces to gather - living room, front room, basement, patio. We had eight adults spending the night and while there were more bed spaces, too many more adults would have been a tight fit in the sleeping spaces. Everything we needed was available. Neighborhood was quiet with plenty of parking and close by stores. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The Troy House is as pictured. The ambiance Colista & Grant created makes it very cozy. There is just enough decor without over doing it. The Troy house provides many amenities so you can travel light. Communication was immediate. Colista and Grant obviously take pride in the home they offer. Thank you for sharing, I sincerely enjoyed my stay. The town square is walkable from the home. There are many nice shops and restaurants. "
