Another great stay

This was our second stay at this beautiful and comfy property in Pleasant Hill. Our host has always been accommodating and a very good communicator. We plan to continue booking this place whenever we visit Pleasant Hill to visit our daughter and her family. Thank you, Yen!

Charming Suite

It’s the little things mentioned below that make this rental unique/special. Home away from home so to speak! Key ring rack Ring/watch tray Magnified make up mirror Awesome ceiling fan with remote Welcome message w your name on refrigerator. A nice touch indeed! Communication upon arrival top notch. A Suite Place

This was a great property for our visit to Pleasant Hill. It was just as described and our communication with the host was easy. The location was perfect for our needs, too. There are a few things that would make the property even better: a reading light on both sides of the bed and instructions for the TV. We didn't figure out how to get the TV guide live and live TV until the day we left. A top sheet under the duvet would also be nice. Finally, a traditional coffee maker that uses grounds or Keurig type pods would really be nice. The Nespresso just didn't meet our coffee needs. These suggestions are offered in the spirit of constructive feedback and are not meant to detract from the property in any way. Thank you!

Second Stay

This was my second time at this cute little apartment. The owners are very responsive and the apartment is super clean and had everything I needed. It's a great location for me close to family and is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood. It's perfect for one or two people.

Amazing

There is nothing to dislike about this property! The location is great and it’s in a great neighbourhood. The property is clean and has so many cute little touches to make it so homely. There is plenty of storage for clothes, toiletries etc. The location is easy access to the freeway and there is a Safeway, Starbucks etc within walking distance. We walked down to Sherry’s most mornings for breakfast. If you don’t mind driving for 5 mins then The Hangout is amazing for food!! Yen (the host) is so nice. Nothing is too much trouble to ask her. She’s very welcoming and has made a lot of effort in ensuring the property is up to scratch. I would absolutely recommend staying here. If I come back at any time in future, I’ll be doing so myself!

Comfortable relax setting

The suite was very nice, I was comfortable as soon as I walked in and settled. The suite was decorated beautiful just as the pictures display. My week stay was very pleasant, the patio was nice to sit and hear the birds fly in the neighborhood. Restaurants were close by walking distance as was a grocery store.

Great find

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely little apartment. It was obvious that the owners took a lot of time and care in creating the apartment and the private courtyard was a big plus for me. Owners were very responsive but otherwise left me to enjoy the unit. The neighborhood is lovely with lots of people out walking in the evening. I felt very comfortable at the park across the street or out in the neighborhood for an evening stroll. I often visit family nearby and look forward to coming back.
