"Having read so many great reviews i was slightly less impressed. Not that it wasnt cute or clean as so many expressed but pictures and a well written description can leave out important details. The house is located on a very busy road with loud traffic at all hours of the night. Open floor plan is nice but many windows with no or inadequate coverings (living room and neighbor side no privacy). And finally so many coments about communication. "Great little place to get away. Stayed 2 nights while visiting the ark with 2 of the grandkids. We enjoyed the walkson the property and just sitting outside in the evenings. There was a dog that came up ,sadie, sweet as could be. My grandaughter enjoyed her. They chose this place over a hotel, so glad they did. Made some good memories and hope to return. ."

"We enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything. Cleanest rental we have stayed at. Comfy beds, large TVs, beautiful sunrise from the deck, stocked coffee bar, and welcome snacks were wonderful. Would love to stay here again. Thanks for being a thoughtful host!!!"

"We had a lovely time at this property in Pendleton. It is located quite nicely between Louisville and Cincinnati. There were a few minor hiccups when we checked in, but Glenn was able to take care of those right away. The pool was a big hit with the kids. Overall, we highly recommend staying here!"
